A tip I picked up while renting was removable fixtures. Invest in n decent big shower head and nice door handles and keep the old ones in a box. When you move out, replace the old ones and take your nice ones with you. Not very legal I suppose, but as rental props go, all is fair that ends fair. Just make sure to replace the old ones!! Also: strip silicone in bathroom and kitchen and reseal with fresh silicone. Very cheap to do and really not that much work. SO worth it!

Do you as well renovate people's homes to make it their dream home or do you just focus on flipping houses to sell?

They mainly focus on flips however I know they offer a consultation service to guide you on what to do on your house at around R3000 an hour

Do you guys ever keep some of the properties as rental or only do flips ?.
If you do keep some for rental purpose we what criteria do the kept properties have to meet , Certain rental yield ?

We do but we dont keep some of them. When we buy something to keep as a rental it looks slightly different and our reno also looks different.

Not always RIP out everything but always reuse and repurpose to add value ....🍷🍷🍷
