- An overview of my process for making Korry/EHC knobs.
These knobs are very expensive if you can find them at all. It's unlikely that you will. It is much cheaper to buy a small 3D resin printer and the software to operate it than to buy the knobs.
Sorry, but my knobs are not for sale. They are labor intensive, there are too many variables in individual simpits, and you probably wouldn't like what I would charge you for them. So, I recommend you learn how. The added benefit is that you can make anything you want with design software.
For resin, I use Anycubic water washable. It has a very low odor compared to non-water based, and is simple to clean-up.
For design, I use Shapr3D. For slicing, Ultimatker Cura. I print these on a Elegoo Mars 2 Pro.

Doing similar, but in a clear resin to allow backlight through. First coat is white, then black, then the final grey. The brass inserts are cool as the inner shaft in resin wears on an encoder
What are the brass bushes with the screw inserts? How are they cashed it where can I find them?

Unfortunately, I am not a business. I decided to make these because of the same problems you are having. The real knobs are extremely expensive and generally unavailable.
@@GDViperWorks I feel that. I just bought a new CMC specifically for my eagle setup. I can’t believe nobody makes 1:1 scale setups for sale that aren’t in some euro country and 30k usd.
I have parts from all around the world. For the most part, I find that I can make most of these items better than those that are available. And the best part is, I can fix them when they break. Building is part of the journey.
