Awesome job here man, I appreciate all the help I can get. I stick my blindside almost perfect, the sight side always gives me issues with the back of the trailer poking out of the box! I'll make sure to pull OUT of the box if that happens and make an adjustment, and if I see 3 or 1 cone when I'm in the straight line portion of the back, I'll make an adjustment before I'm deep in the hole!
The parallel park is 12 feet wide. If there was only two cones (rear-or back) one on the right and one on the left , the students would have about 3 feet space between the right cone and the rear of their trailer. Never back in if your trailer is right on the right or left cones you want to be center int the parking space because when you back in, the tractor trailer will be center in the lane. If you back up on the right cone (no space to the left of the cone) you will be very close to the right boundary line. Back up on the left cone( you will be close to the left boundary line) so you want space to the right or left of the two cones on your range or where you will be testing. Your instructor will train you how to do this.

Good points It is so important to back up to the Center of the Parallel park. That will put your trailer in the center of the box
