I've looked at all the UA-cam, Edge ST test drives and this one is by far the very best (and most fun).
Just test drove a 2020 you are not going to find another suv that performs like this at this price point.. the interior is luxurious and well appointed.. and it will keep up with your audi that you paid almost 20K more for

My 2013 ford edge limited has a 3.5 24valve DOHC pro tune,dyno results started at 285hp from factory also has a 10 in full ram air with a street tune and resonator delete...she is a horse and we got it to 315hp on the front wheels...cats coming out next

My blue Edge ST would not start after 4,500 Mi. The dealer changed out the defective battery, $125 tow job and 2.5 days in the shop. That's the only problem I've had.

TroublingStatueVII Yeah the noise is synthesized just like it was on the Focus ST
not amplified or synthesized. Ford uses ANC to reduce noise in the cabine so it wouldnt make sense to overgo the reducement.

Not a fan of the rotary gear selector in this vehicle, or any other for that matter. They could have lowered the profile of the shift lever to make more room, but dials or buttons for shifting seems gimmicky to me.
Gimmicky how? Its an auto, you put it in drive n go, why have a stick there that you use 1% of the time ur driving. Or you’re one of those that likes to rest their hand there and pretend your rowing your own gears...😂

it's not amplified... the ford edge uses ANC normally, seems to be turned off here... Check the data sheet for more information. I dont think that it is that "superficial" - but in the ford focus RS it s ENE ...

Looks good & all, but the ST models need an exhaust "note"; Performance sound, not "as quite as can be" from the back.
The shifts sound like it has a CVT. I’m aware it doesn’t, but the shifts sound very soft.

Damn almost same interior as 2016...i would think some better tie down hooks in rear storage area. Oh those paddle shifters....the fall apart into two pieces...i had to gorilla-glue mine back, but strangely enough, I love the edge.
