14:40, for those who don't want to drill and wire those end caps, try some Loctite 640 High Strength Sleeve Retainer ( I believe there are other strengths as well ) . Lay some onto the mating surfaces and reassemble. I've used this on shaft / sleeve assemblies and the only way to remove it is with either heat or an arbor press. YMMV. I love your use of the shaft / tape to help with the front sprocket removal.

Hey Van...I installed a vortex rear sprocket on my ninja 400 thanks to your videos. I used a new ek chain replacement and the install went great but I tightened the master link a tiny bit more than the other links by measuring with a digital caliper. The link rotates fine but it might be a bit snug. Other than that everything went perfect. I can't thank you enough for your videos. I've been able to do all the work on my bike and it's really made owning it more rewarding. I follow your instructions to a T and am super aware of any safety issues. Well anyway after installing the rear sprocket I took the bike out and there was a noticable rattle sound. I stopped the bike and inspected anything I could and then returned home for safety reasons. As I rode home and tried to discern what the noise was coming from I realized that it only rattled when the clutch was engaged and I was accelerating or keeping speed with the clutch out. If I pulled in the clutch the noise was gone. So thta made me realize that really wasnt a rattle from like something loose but it had to do with the clutch or drivetrain. The only change I made before the noise began was installing the new sprocket and chain. I found a video on youtube of someone with kind of a similar noise and one of the comments was that he had incorrectly installed the master link too tightly. I know that this is not a repair advise channel but maybe you could give me some input. Is it possible that a tight master link could cause a rattle sound like the one I described? I only replaced the rear sprocket with stock number of teeth and still have the oem front sprocket installed. I apologize if I'm out of line asking your advice but my bike mechanic charges $110 an hour and its freezing cold here and I just like fixing these things myself. But on this one im a bit confused. I could just install a new master link but its really cold and I would like to now if Im just way off in my thinking before I go out there and break my chain.Anyway thanks for everything even if you delete this comment. Just to mention...Ive done your throttle tube mod...the clutch spring mod (way better) I have installed new levers, woodcraft axle sliders front and back I took myu brakes totally apart bled them (I had to when I painted the calipers), I can take my fairings completely off and replace them blindfolded. I had to partially remove my gas tank to wrap some vinyl on it. I was able to so this all from your videos. When I bought the bike (its not my first) I actually paid the shop to install frame slider and paid over $200 for them and now I realize is was sooo foolish. I really son't want to ever give them any more money (I'm sure I'll have to eventually) but Im going to fix this problem without their help but hopefull with a little from you...thanks again....My bike is awesome
I know this comment is a year old but I still want to comment on what potentially might be the issue to assist others. That rattle might be due to the chain being too loose, you either bought a chain that was too long for your sprocket set up or your chain tension wasn't adjusted to specs.
I didn't have any problems with the chain stretching on my RC390 with the 415 set up and it lasted dozens of track days and well into the next season. I Adjusted it once after the first session and that was it. Just converted my ninja 400 to 415 and heading to Thunderhill Raceway this weekend so we'll see. My 400 definitely has more hp than the 390 so I'm crossing my fingers. Thanks for the videos - You've helped me a lot with my 400 build.
We now have 415 on our Ninja 400 using the DID chain and the Vortex sprockets. Max did the last three MotoAmerica weekends with this and we had good luck with it. We did see some chain stretch but to be fair there is a lot less time on track here than at a track day. Friday 2 30 minute sessions Saturday 1 30 minute session + Race 1 (let's say this is a total of 14 laps with the sighting and warm up) Sunday 1 15 minute session + Race 2 (let's say this is a total of 14 laps with the sighting and warm up) If you stay on top of the chain and run the right amount of slack you can get three weekends on it. Not sure I would go much further and risk missing a session at that level over a chain. I buy the chain in 25" lengths. - Van

I am assuming you have the Non O-ring chain we show in this video. We have used this chain on both the R3 and the Ninja 400 with excellent results. When it is properly adjusted, clean and lubed it spins with much less resistance than an O-ring chain does. - Van
Hey Van, very helpful video, easy to follow, I did this modification and also the lightech rearsets following your video as well, completed everything, no issues. I have a 2020 Ninja 400. However, my gear indicator is not showing me any gears now, only Neutral, the bike runs great and I love the mods, but the CEL light is on and not able to see the gears is annoying, I'm not sure if you know of a solution to this problem, I don't want to go back to the OEM sprocket, I mainly have this bike to go to the track anyways. Thanks
You need to pull the codes to be sure but changing the gearing from the OEM can cause this. We are running the Spears racing aftermarket dash on our bike now so we no longer have any issue with this. The main reason we run this is the data acquisition options it offers. Pretty sure the FTECU flash will solve this issue was well. - Van
Ok I see…..the bigger the count the longer the bike stays in whatever gear Your in ? I’d probably stay at the stick ratio for now I just wanted a better chain.
Hi, what products do you use to clean the chain? And what lubrication do you use for the Non-sealed chain. Please attach links of sample products. Thanks
Hi Van! Don't you think there is problem installing a MX chain in a street chain? Because the difference in MX and Street EK chains are very different? Or just is about to lubricate more the chain rather than a street chain? I told you this because I use my bike half Tracks half Street, and I really want the EK 3D chain and vortex kit. Thanks for your advice
I would not install this on a bike ridden on the street. For track only this or the 415 chain make sense as they reduce the rolling resistance. You have to stay on the chain maintenance and replace them every couple of weekends if you are using the 415. - Van
I absolutely love your videos and I have been recently considering getting a 2020 Kawasaki ninja 400. Do you think you could make a how-to video for installing new sets of headlights?
Thank you for watching and the kind words. Both of our 400's are in full race trim so we would not be able to install any headlights on them at this time. - Van
Love your how to videos, learn so much. Can’t thank you enough Van. I still go back to the R3 ones every know and then. You’re the best. Have a good day.
I do not use thread locker on sprocket nuts. If you are concerned about the torque research the spec and use a proper torque wrench. Sprocket nuts will not work their way loose if they were tight when they started. - Van
Great looking bike. What Michelin tyre you running there. Here in South Africa we mostly run the Pirelli 140's on the rear because that's all we get in that size for track use..
At the time this video was filmed we were using Michelin Power Cup DOT race tires. Shortly after this we moved on to Dunlop Slicks 110 front with a 140 rear. On this bike the Dunlops were a very significant improvement. - Van
Hey van love your vids man. Was hoping u could tell me what chain and sprocket set up I should use on my ninja 400 if I’m only using it on the street but I want it to go as fast as possible while still being street legal
I would run the stock set up until it needs to be replaced myself. Max is running stock gearing with aluminum sprockets and a non oring motocross chain. I would not use that on the street. - Van
What all tools do i need to do this. I couodnt really understand what u did to the chainwhen u cut it off and then had the little clip with the silicone i dont know if that came with the chain or what not but i surely dont have any tools and dont want to pay someone to do what seems like a very easy job
Unplug the clutch switch on the clutch perch. Jumping these wires should turn the lights off. Important to note the bike will now start without pulling the clutch in. - Van
why is it that the spacing on my new ninja 19 teeth sprocket is less than the chain can grasp thus, I can't use it ? The original sprocket is 14 teeth and the spacing is wider, can anybody explain where I went wrong
OK Van, it's 3:45 am and I've watched this for the second time and wish to re-track my camera comment to a positive reply that with your personal touch of how you explain this process of the install and his camera work, I've a better know how to do this myself...please forgive me on the first comment on the camera person... I do have questions on the sprocket and chain. being that the sprocket is of materials different from stock, how does it hold up for just the guy who likes his 400 Ninja and rides for fun and doesn't do wheelies and such, because I've kept my current OEM chain and sprocket cleaned and lubed and it has held up 14K miles, but I do want to replace it soon with the kit that you posted here on your channel. Also does the chain come with the clip to use to attach it back together? Also, the front sprocket, is it a plug and play with out any more of the install washer? the tools that you used to align, check chain tension, and the chain tool to take off the extra links I've bought off your site are part of what I need to do this job...thanks again for your time and the camera person did a great job as you keep the video short on time and to the point. I hope this comment is more to your liking for your effort to give us information on how too. ( I believe I've eaten enough CROW to sound that I'm thankful )...(Humor)
Appreciate you watching and the kind words. If you were happy with the OEM and need to replace it but want the same type of durability I would go with a 520 kit using steel front and rear sprockets. You have a couple of options with the Vortex being the one that has the chain already cut to length. These kits will not use a clip link, they will all come with a rivet link that will require a special tool. Below are some links, if you have more questions please email in to orders@sportbiketrackgear.com Vortex Kawasaki Ninja 400 18-23 V3 Chain and Sprocket Kit (the WSS Kit is what you will want) www.sportbiketrackgear.com/vortex-kawasaki-ninja-400-2018-v3-chain-and-sprocket-kit/ Motion Pro PBR Chain Tool 08-0470 www.sportbiketrackgear.com/motion-pro-pbr-chain-tool-08-0470/
Hey van! I can't get the front sprocket loose for the life of me. I tried an impact w/ a impact socket, breaker bar, everything. Are there any tips to get that stupid nut loose? Thanks again!
Van please help I'm seeing on Google the chain link for the ninja 400 is 134link The 520 chain on the stg website says 120link Am I going to need to link more then one chain together?
With the OEM gearing which is a 14 tooth front and a 41 tooth rear you will need a 106 links with a 520 chain. The 120 link chain will be more than enough with any gearing combo you would use on the 400. - Van
Awsome thank you!! I am going with the same green vortex in a 43 tooth in the rear And the vortex 14 on the front With the 120 gold chain kit from the stg Thanks again!
@@sportbiketrackgear I had to go buy an electric impact , I could not get it with a breaker bar , that being said I wouldn't have attempted it without your videos , thank you
You should get a ton of miles out of the OEM stuff if you look after the chain. When it comes time to replace it I would go with a steel rear sprocket and a quality 520 o-ring chain. We offer kits from both Driven and Vortex that will be great on the bike. Below are links to them on our site: Driven 520 Chain and Sprocket Kit Kawasaki Ninja 400 18-19 www.sportbiketrackgear.com/driven-520-chain-and-sprocket-kit-kawasaki-ninja-400-2018/ Vortex Kawasaki Ninja 400 18-19 V3 2.0 Gold Chain and Sprocket Kit www.sportbiketrackgear.com/vortex-kawasaki-ninja-400-2018-v3-2-0-gold-chain-and-sprocket-kit/ Vortex Kawasaki Ninja 400 18-19 V3 Chain and Sprocket Kit www.sportbiketrackgear.com/vortex-kawasaki-ninja-400-2018-v3-chain-and-sprocket-kit/
What are the best sprocket sizes front and rear for more power and less top end, obviously smaller in front and bigger at the back but what do you recommend?
The most aggressive I would get with the Ninja 400 would be to go +3 in the rear. We are running stock gearing on our Ninja 400 on the track now and it seems to work pretty well. Here is a link to the chain and sprocket kits for the 400 on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/parts/kawasaki/ninja-400/2018/?_bc_fsnf=1&Department=Sprockets+and+Chain+Kits - Van
Van - Just finished installing your Vortex/EK chain kit on my N400. I have a significant tight and loose spot in the chain tension. Can this be improved? I was thinking about rotating the rear sprocket to a different position on the wheel. Thanks.
Have you ridden the bike or did you notice the issue immediately after installing before riding? Hard to help over UA-cam. Please shoot me an email to service@sportbiketrackgear.com - Van
This is a low displacement bike that is being ridden on the track only. If this were any bigger than a 400 or being ridden on the street I would use only a rivet link. - Van
Hi BV, I race an R6 and sounds like your recommendation is this is not strong enough. Do you have a recommendation for a low friction for a 120hp 600cc race bike?
www.sportbiketrackgear.com/driven-520-chain-and-sprocket-kit-yamaha-yzf-r6-03-17/ Go with the DID ERV chain as it has the lowest drag of the o ring chains. - Van
DID 520ERS3 is the lightest 520 chain in the world thats your best bet 415 simply isant worth it especially if your a heavier rider with more power its better if you change to somthing like a superlight vortex rear disc instead.
Everyone in MotoAmerica is running a 415 chain on the Ninja 400. As long as you keep it adjusted properly and replace it every couple of races it works very well. - Van
Is it normal for the chain to rest on top of that plastic looking part of the swing arm? Kinda looks like a chain guide of some sort (talking stock set-up)
Yes the chain will normally rest there when the bike is not in motion. When the wheels are turning the chain will be loaded and not rest there until it is unloaded off throttle. - Van
Hey Van, I just dropped from a Yammie FZ6r 600cc (which was my first bike) to the Ninja 400(I got a great deal on the bike and wanted to hone in on my skills on the street and the track). Since this is my second bike, i wanted to start doing maintenance myself. With that being said, is it possible that you could place the tools used in your videos in the description(or even add a link)? I do have a 200 piece tool kit i got from Costco but I do not have some tools you used in these videos. Thanks!
Congrats on the new bike, it is a ton of fun to ride. Unfortunately we are pretty much done with the Ninja 400 at this point so there won't really be many new videos. I do like your idea and we will try to talk more about the tools we are using. - Van
Do not use a non oring chain on the street. It will not last very long at all on the street as you will put far more miles on than on the track. We are constantly cleaning and lubing this chain to keep it good. - Van
We ship internationally using USPS or DHL. Please add the items you are interested in to the cart on our site along with your shipping details and the site will generate quotes for you. - Van
Hello everyone, i have a doubt about the set you install: what size you install in front? My son rides a 400 on Portuguese ssp 300 championship, and i would like to change the transmission set, what you can get with that set ? We have the engine stock, just a complete Arrow exhaust. Ive been follow your videos and i learn a lot. keep on this way !! Thank you
i wanna pick this kit up for my ninja 400 i was looking a bit a more acceleration without sacrificing too much top end loss would u recommend a -1F with a +2R ?
That seems like a little much I feel like you would lose close to 6 or 7mph up top maybe a little more and the revs will be higher.....I have done 1 down in the front and it makes a nice little gain and about 3 to 4mph up top lost.....hope that helps a little
If the sprockets are still in good shape you could. Personally I would not put a new chain on old sprockets. You will get the most life and best performance by replacing all three pieces at the same time. - Van
hey van, I followed everything you did but my back wheel has way more friction and only spins once or twice before it stops, have you got ceramic bearings or something? I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, I went I tooth smaller on the front sprocket so I was thinking maybe the chain is rubbing against the rubber swingarm guide more? other that that I've double checked everything and can't get it to spin like yours :( any help would be greatly appreciated
The bike has OEM wheel bearings in it. I would start by checking your alignment to make sure you have everything straight. It would also be a good idea to make sure you have the chain slack set properly. (We are using 45mm on our Ninja 400 race bikes) As for the front sprocket the smaller front sprockets will make the chain drag more on the slider which will add some friction. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear thanks for your feedback van , also would the chain you have on the race bike have alot less friction than something you'd use for a street bike?
We are using the EK MXR3D Series 520 Chain (non o-ring off road chain) in these kits which is what I would recommend. Here is a link to it on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/ek-mxr3d-series-520-chain/ We are workiing on the listing for the chain kit we installed in this video now. - Van
I want to have more acceleration on my ninja 250 2019 .. what do you recommend me to change.. my front sprocket or rear one ? To how many teeth ? Thank you
Looks awesome, non-o ring chains need a little more maintenance, regular lubrication, but this kit is a sustainable chain that allows more power to reach the rear wheel plus reduces rotating mass. Thanks for the video, i have seen this chain but was holding back, didn’t know anyone that had used the chains, it will be on my list next purchase. My only question, you have it for the R3 and 400, do you offer one for the Ninja 300, if so i will need 3. Also kudos on processing my last order so quickly, after seeing the last three recently posted videos remind me why I am happy spending my money in the right place. Do you have any recommendations as far as sprocket teeth combo for the R3 and 400?
You will need to create an account on the site then add the items you are interested in to your cart. Once you have done that the site will generate shipping quotes for you. We offer both DHL and USPS for international orders. DHL is the quickest with USPS being a little more affordable. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear I finally got it after 4 hours, I had to get someone to sit on the bike because it was lifting the whole back of the bike off the ground

Same force or close enough. The bottom line is the same bike went 4 mph faster on the straight at Grattan with this kit installed as compared to the OEM kit. I used this kit on the R3 as well with the same results. If you have an R3, Ninja 300 or Ninja 400 this is the set up for the chain and sprocket kit on those bikes. - Van
The tensile strength is 8650 for both this chain and the DID ERV3 (most used road racing chain) . That said the EK MXR3D Series 520 Chain is recommended for off road up to 500cc max. I would give this a shot on an SV650 and keep an eye on the chain to make sure you are good to go. IMO a built 450cc dirt bike would be a lot harder on the chain than an SV 650 so you should be good to go. - Van

I would not put a non oring chain on a street bike. This will not last very long on the street. - Van
Even if I lube chain Everytime I fill gass tank?😮
Hey van love your vids man. Was hoping u could tell me what chain and sprocket set up I should use on my ninja 400 if I’m only using it on the street but I want it to go as fast as possible while still being street legal
I would run the stock set up until it needs to be replaced myself. Max is running stock gearing with aluminum sprockets and a non oring motocross chain. I would not use that on the street. - Van
I wish i could buy a 400 and all the extra parts and just have you throw it together lol
Would you recommend this for street ?, i dont do track days at all but id love more performance on the street
No, the chain needs to be cleaned and lubed much more frequently than the o-ring chain that comes on the bike from the factory. - Van
What all tools do i need to do this. I couodnt really understand what u did to the chainwhen u cut it off and then had the little clip with the silicone i dont know if that came with the chain or what not but i surely dont have any tools and dont want to pay someone to do what seems like a very easy job
The clip master link comes with the chain. I had to cut the chain to length to fit the sprocket combo we are running. - Van
Changed my front sprocket and change and now my abs and check engine light is on. Any tips
I bet the 19 tooth is a 415 sprocket and the 14 is a 520. You can not mix and match these as they require a different chain. - Van
G'day Brian and Max, Regarding the new sprokets have you change how many teeth are on them? If so what are you running now? Keep up the awesome work.
We are running stock gearing on the Ninja right now. Having ridden it at the track before installing this kit I felt we needed to stay there. - Van
OK thank you very much.
Can I put that chain in a stick one
I would not use a non oring chain on the street. It will not last long enough to justify using on the street. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear I hear ya I probably won’t mess with the chain this year I want to ride it first I’ll do that stuff later in the off season
i turn the flat head screw driver 90 degrees, makes it easier/quicker(for me)
If that works for you then do that. - Van
Hey van! I can't get the front sprocket loose for the life of me. I tried an impact w/ a impact socket, breaker bar, everything. Are there any tips to get that stupid nut loose? Thanks again!
I know that you will post this video very soon
Van please help
I'm seeing on Google the chain link for the ninja 400 is 134link
The 520 chain on the stg website says 120link
Am I going to need to link more then one chain together?
With the OEM gearing which is a 14 tooth front and a 41 tooth rear you will need a 106 links with a 520 chain. The 120 link chain will be more than enough with any gearing combo you would use on the 400. - Van
Awsome thank you!!
I am going with the same green vortex in a 43 tooth in the rear
And the vortex 14 on the front
With the 120 gold chain kit from the stg
Thanks again!
What type of silicone are you using on that safety wire sir?
High temp orange. - Van
You use an impact off camera for that front sprocket?? goddamn that nuts on there ...
What you see in the video is what we did. I try to use tools I would expect our customers to have available to them. Most do not have an impact. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear I had to go buy an electric impact , I could not get it with a breaker bar , that being said I wouldn't have attempted it without your videos , thank you
I use my Ninja 400 for street use majority. Which sprocket and chain set up would I need when it comes time change my OEM components??
You should get a ton of miles out of the OEM stuff if you look after the chain. When it comes time to replace it I would go with a steel rear sprocket and a quality 520 o-ring chain. We offer kits from both Driven and Vortex that will be great on the bike. Below are links to them on our site:

What are the best sprocket sizes front and rear for more power and less top end, obviously smaller in front and bigger at the back but what do you recommend?
The most aggressive I would get with the Ninja 400 would be to go +3 in the rear. We are running stock gearing on our Ninja 400 on the track now and it seems to work pretty well. Here is a link to the chain and sprocket kits for the 400 on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/parts/kawasaki/ninja-400/2018/?_bc_fsnf=1&Department=Sprockets+and+Chain+Kits - Van
Just bought this chain, wondering what silicon you used to seal up the master link? Thanks!
I used some high temp, you could also use some standard clear stuff. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear Thanks!
@@sportbiketrackgear I haven't ridden it yet. I'll check it again after I ride. Thx!
In the past you said don't go with clip master link. And go with revet. It's change now?
This is a low displacement bike that is being ridden on the track only. If this were any bigger than a 400 or being ridden on the street I would use only a rivet link. - Van
Hi BV, I race an R6 and sounds like your recommendation is this is not strong enough. Do you have a recommendation for a low friction for a 120hp 600cc race bike?
www.sportbiketrackgear.com/driven-520-chain-and-sprocket-kit-yamaha-yzf-r6-03-17/
Go with the DID ERV chain as it has the lowest drag of the o ring chains. - Van
I understand why the safety wire, but the silicone is what for?
I put the RTV there to help hold the safety wire in place and cover all the bases.
- Van
Can i use this chain on street or thre is some problem? It need some kind of maintenance?
Do not use a non oring chain on the street. It will not last very long at all on the street as you will put far more miles on than on the track. We are constantly cleaning and lubing this chain to keep it good. - Van
wish i can buy those sprockets and chain set here in Philippines
We ship internationally using USPS or DHL. Please add the items you are interested in to the cart on our site along with your shipping details and the site will generate quotes for you. - Van
Hello everyone, i have a doubt about the set you install: what size you install in front? My son rides a 400 on Portuguese ssp 300 championship, and i would like to change the transmission set, what you can get with that set ? We have the engine stock, just a complete Arrow exhaust. Ive been follow your videos and i learn a lot. keep on this way !! Thank you
If I'd live in USA you will be my motorcycle mechanical, or i want that mine could be as good as you!
Thank you for watching and for the kind words. - Van
how much more power and speed did you get out of it by flashing it and the chain and all?
We did no dyno our bike until it was restricted for MotoAmerica so the numbers will not really be relevant if your bike is unrestricted. - Van
i wanna pick this kit up for my ninja 400 i was looking a bit a more acceleration without sacrificing too much top end loss would u recommend a -1F with a +2R ?
That seems like a little much I feel like you would lose close to 6 or 7mph up top maybe a little more and the revs will be higher.....I have done 1 down in the front and it makes a nice little gain and about 3 to 4mph up top lost.....hope that helps a little
I would start with 1 down in the front which you could do without changing the chain. This should get you what you want. - Van
Could you do this on a 400 that does 10,000 miles for street use annually and doubles as a track bike?
No I would use a standard o ring chain if you are doing this many miles. - Van
Can i just the oem sprockets and use the new vortex chain for every day commuter use for my ninja 400? Thanks a lot sir
If the sprockets are still in good shape you could. Personally I would not put a new chain on old sprockets. You will get the most life and best performance by replacing all three pieces at the same time. - Van
My ninja 400 us still one month. Okay sir well do what u say i know ur the best guy for these thanks a lot from Philippines.
hey van, I followed everything you did but my back wheel has way more friction and only spins once or twice before it stops, have you got ceramic bearings or something?
So what are the stock sprocket sizes?
OEM Rear Sprocket 41 Tooth
OEM Front Sprocket 14 Tooth
OEM Chain Details 520-106 Links
Do you personally like the did erv3 or the ek 3d chain better?
We are using the EK MXR3D Series 520 Chain (non o-ring off road chain) in these kits which is what I would recommend. Here is a link to it on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/ek-mxr3d-series-520-chain/
We are workiing on the listing for the chain kit we installed in this video now. - Van
I want to have more acceleration on my ninja 250 2019 .. what do you recommend me to change.. my front sprocket or rear one ? To how many teeth ? Thank you
Try adding 2 teeth in the rear. - Van
Sportbike Track Gear Thank you
How is the durability?
You can run the same chain for a long time on the race track with proper maintenance. This should not be used on the street. - Van
Hey Brian, what was the final chain length count?
I do not remember what that landed on but know a 120 link chain was more than enough. We are using 415 now and that is usually 136 links. - Van
I am here for the ninja 300 as well.
I have 2005 kawasaki ZX-6R (636 ninja) can I use that chain and sprockets on it ?
I would not run this same chain on a 600, it will not hold up to that level of power. - Van
Where did you get the decals for the 400?
We get all of our number plates from www.popshadowdecals.com/. They use only the best materials and do an amazing job. - Van
Did you remove the chain guard?
Yes there is not a chain guard on this bike. - Van
Is this kit available for a 2017 zx636 ?
I would not run a non o-ring chain on a 600 class bike. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear what set would you recommend for a 636?
This is very informative thankyou!
You are welcome and thank you for watching! - Van
Can you make a video of zx25 r?
hi how can i order from the philippines. and how much will it cost?
You will need to create an account on the site then add the items you are interested in to your cart. Once you have done that the site will generate shipping quotes for you. We offer both DHL and USPS for international orders. DHL is the quickest with USPS being a little more affordable. - Van
I even used a 750 ft lb impact gun
Sometimes these can be a bitch. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear I finally got it after 4 hours, I had to get someone to sit on the bike because it was lifting the whole back of the bike off the ground
What's the sprocket count for these?

These install videos are the most difficult to shoot. Also we are a bike shop not a movie studio. - Van
Come on Brian.. you didn't give the tire the same spinning force before and after the chain & sprocket install !!
- Van
Hashem Al-Husaini what model keyboard are you driving at the track?
Would you recommend on a stock SV650? (Race use)
- Van
So would this work for street use also?
No for street you will need an o ring chain so it will last. This is for racing only. - Van
Did it make a diff when it comes to horsepower?
I never took it to the dyno but I can tell you the wheel spun a lot more freely than with the O-ring chain did. Less drag = more speed. - Van
