The vocalist of Vogel im Käfig is Cyua.
She is Japanese but sings in German in this OST.
Her singing voice is very gentle and
makes me emotional.
Unfortunately,
she has only appeared in Vogel im Käfig among the many Attack on Titan OSTs.🥲

Yes it's in project Emu but both different versions

It is not 「Vogel im Käfig」that appeared on project EMU,
but another OST called「YouSeeBIGGIRL/T:T」.
However, the lyrics of「YouSeeBIGGIRL/T:T」
contain lyrics from「Vogel im Käfig」.
So it is not surprising if you remember hearing it❗️

Her voice is one of the most gentle and angelic I've heard in a soundtrack. If you like her, Cyua also sings tons of others soundtracks composed by Hiroyuki Sawano as well. If you are interested, I would love to see your reaction to them as well, here are the names:
Grenzlinie (There are 2 versions, the other one is "Grenzlinie "). Both are amazing.
Blumenkranz has a strong exciting beat, an unique masterpiece.
