I would LOVE a video where you go deeper into this online "hate" against high intensity workouts like long runs and intervals. Everywhere I look I see "trainers" telling people (read women) to avoid these types of workouts as they increase cortisol and so on. There's so much research on this nowadays, they make it out to be something negative. Yes cortisol will rise while running but there's sooooooo many benefits after this, we need to learn more about this and realise cortisol is not bad in every way, it's there for a reason .
I'm just now getting back into running, but I'm also working to build strength overall, so this challenge comes at the perfect time! Thank you! As a mom of three, trying to get/stay fit and healthy, you are so inspiring to me! I will be purchasing and joining the challenge! 🎉❤

I would absolutely love to see you get into swimming as a swimmer. I think it would challenge you and you'd love all the technique involved! It's so much easier on your joints but is still very mental like running.

I have been able to run 3.5 miles/40 mins consistently for the past 4 weeks but only once a week so running 3x a week would be new to me.
I bought the Reach challenge separate from the subscription, and every single week for Level 1 says "Block 1: Week 1" and is the same file. Is that intentional?
I wish somebody had told me how important hip stability was sooner, I’ve been weight training and doing 10000 steps daily and my hips begun hurting so bad, thankful of your science based videos Abby ❤ and congrats on the half marathon 🥹✨

Abby! You've inspired me to start running! I was going to start the Run More Challenge, but would the Reach Challenge be a better starting point?
Both are great! Similar difficulty, key difference is Run More is 6 weeks and Reach is 4 weeks. Both will remain in the app so up to you 🥰
