Night Mode: Unlocked by obtaining 100% of collectibles in an area. Synopsis: Louie is on the Pikmin Planet, though he is only active at night as he doesn’t want to be spotted by Olimar and crew. Instead of hunting for traditional collectibles (treasure, scraps, fruit, etc...) he scavenges for monster parts. His cooking skills are established in Pikmin 2 and we know he considers many of these creatures a delicacy, giving this system credibility. Gameplay: The time clock parallels that of the regular “day” (about 15 minutes). Louie begins each nighttime level in a fixed point with a limited number of Pikmin. Since he doesn’t have access to onions, it is impossible to increase your army for these specialized missions (Perhaps he recruited these guys from the wild). He must venture out and hunt as many beasts as he can, though the stakes have been raised significantly from regular daytime. At night enemies are far more frequent. Stronger and tougher baddies are to be expected as well. The player faces a risk/reward dynamic where they can pick off weaker enemies with minimal risks, or go for the brutes with a high probability of Pikmin deaths. Larger and more difficult enemies of course tend to be vastly superior in value. To make things more hectic, the progression of night leads to more fearsome enemies wandering in, with emphasis on large, free-roaming beasts. Near the initial spawn is a (pit? stew pot? strange contraption?) for the Pikmin to return dead enemies to for points. The game ends when... A.) All Pikmin die B.) Louie dies C.) All enemies are harvested D.) Time’s up Post Mission: When the game ends, points will be tallied and scores will be final. Score is determined by the value of all monsters collected, how many Pikmin survive, and a time bonus. Based on your score, your rank may go up or down (Ranks can be compared globally or against friends, similar to the scoreboards in Mario Odyssey). On top of this, achieving a higher rank means that the next time you play that level, the enemy layout will be even more hazardous. This incentivizes competitive players to replay missions in ever-evolving ways. Multiplayer/Online: Perhaps this concept could be fashioned in a way to enable two-player co-op with friends locally or online. The two could work together and develop strategies which would give the night missions a cooperative element. Alternatively, there could be a head-to-head battle system where players race to gather the most monsters for themselves. This would provide many hours of competitive replayability for fans of all skill and interest levels. Stage Changes: It would be interesting if the elemental stage hazards differed from standard daytime missions. For example, imagine that a certain map saw a dramatic raise in water levels at night. This would force the player to approach the level differently than during the day. Other night changes could include fire geysers, lava, falling rocks, bombs, poison, water freezing, and even lightning. Extra: It would be cool if during regular day missions, Louie could be seen out of the level boundaries as a small Easter Egg. For example, imagine spotting him taking a nap in a distant tree branch, or sitting on a ledge overlooking a lake. That’s all I’ve got for now. I hope you enjoyed this, and please feel free to add to it!
Idea- trashy bulborb. Covered in mud, it has many characteristics- - Red, Yellow and Winged get stuck - Rock and Purple slide off when hit - White attacks freely - Blue deals a lot of damage
This could've been perfect for ice Pikmin. Here's my idea: When attacking the muddy bulborb all but Ice Pikmin would get stuck in the mud and you have to whistle them to get them out. The strategy is to charge your Ice Pikmin at it and when it freezes you can charge all your Pikmin. It will also have pretty high health and because of Ice Pikmin's 0.5x attack you can't just beat it with only Ice Pikmin. Also, only it's back is covered in mud so all pikmin can attack it towards the front, however it's much more risky and you'll likely lose a few Pikmin.
I'd like to see an empty city. Sort of like the ruins of a town with fallen buildings and overgrown streets. I'd just like to see more remnants of the humans in general.
BMB Adventures New York would be perfect. It would be a cheerier version of Life After People. There could even be other major cities or monuments reclaimed by time and nature. It would be amazing to see more of the humans other than objects.
"Also, a great addition to Pikmin 4 is an *EDITOR MODE* . Okay so, you can create your own Pikmin Levels/Challenges ! Like customize the terrain. Add mechanics like rivers and water or tunnels and caves, add collectables or a goal, and add enemies, or even create new ones ! Why not put wings on a Bulborb ? Its just possible and im so hyped good video keep going." - BLUEDIAS DB (25.05.2018)
One (stupid) Idea I had that while there are still multiple landing sites, it's all in one really big map, and to unlock more landing sites you had to unearth them. Maybe they'd be the places you'd find new Pikmin? Some less stupid ideas I had were the plot and captains of the game, as well as a new take on the "Extended Time Limit" Mechanic from Pikmin 3. So basically, Player Character A (Possibly based on Character D) would be on a mission from Hocotate Freight to search for more valuables because Olimar and Louie had failed in their mission to fix The President's 2nd debt problem during/before Pikmin 3. You'd be given like, 5 to 10 days worth of supplies, somewhere around that, and be sent to the planet. The only way to get more is to advance the plot, and to do that you must find Louie. The player character determines sighting another intelligent lifeform similar to Hocotate's residents important, and decides to head back to report this. Olimar catches the news and teams up with our protagonist to head back to the planet. At this point, defeating major bosses or catching site of Louie will extend your day count and give you a new area until you unlock them all. At one point, you can have an optional boss fight which unlocks Louie as a playable character. The game would end upon defeating the major boss of the final area, likely a new form of Wraith. You'd have four endings, mission failed before Olimar joins, mission failed after Olimar joins, mission succeeded, and mission succeeded and Louie is playable.
Luigi64fan Possibly instead of Louie being a main party member between each day after a certain point perspective switches from Olimar and New character to Louie, scavenging for food and supplies to survive, potentially with some old Pikmin like Wings or Purples that Olimar and New character might not encounter.
They have to fix some issues, but I generally agree. Make them mandatory but removed de rng in them so you can properly implement puzzle solving into them.
I think we'll play as ollimar's son, (as I call him) Ollie. And his daughter, Olivia. We knew that Olimar's son wants to go to space, so I think that when Olimar retires and brings the ship home as a souvenir, Ollie gets sad that he didn't get to go to space. Olivia was sleeping in the spaceship as sort of a tree house type thing. And Ollie, in his rage runs out, puts on a space suit, and flies to PNF 404 himself. Then he gets stuck. The players are co op Ollie and Olivia. And there are LOTS of new pikmin. Also MIXED HAZARDS. This is really complicated, but I think this would be cool.
Yeah, when Olimar retires. Also Louie is evil, and now runs Hocotate Freight. Boss Louie fires Olimar right after Olimar flies to PNF to get enough money to retire.
I mean, if we get too far into the future from. Pikmin 3, there's not much hope for too many future games with Olimar in them, which we all want, really.
I don't think that would be the story, but it'd be awesome. At the end of Pikmin 3, right after Olimar and Alph leave, you see something in the distance fall from the sky, and the Pikmin start heading towards it. I feel like it'll pick off from there, and will probably follow a different set of characters, with the old characters making an appearance later down the line.
That's cool too. I just wanted some more on olimar's family, since they had a huge opening for more story arks on them. His kids are just too perfect to not have their own storyline.
New Pikmin Idea: The Suction Pikmin Colour:Orange Noticeable Trait: Webbed feet and hands. Ability:Able to run on walls and go upside down on ceilings. You can also use them to attach to olimar or whatever captain it is So they can go on walls and things. Intro: Captain walks into area and the camera pans to 2 or 3 pikmin messing around but they end up falling and it turns out they were upside down and land on the captain's head. Thats my idea for a new pikmin.
About the controls: I messed around with Pikmin 2 on Dolphin, and mapped the Wii Mote controls onto a Switch Pro. It controls pretty well. The left stick is movement, the right stick is aiming, and the right shoulder buttons are throwing and calling. All other buttons are miscellaneous actions.
The Almond Lover I like your idea! I think it would be cool for if near the end of the game you have to find parts to make a drill! Then you can save Louie that's... trapped... undeground???
I want another spinoff Pikmin game where you play as someone who's primary goal is to expansively study all the indigenous creatures. By spinoff, I mean quite the spinoff. I want most of the game to be done in text and events happening by RNG. For example, by luck you could stumble across a cave and inside the cave you see some sort of unknown worm creature crawling around. From a safe distance you would place a camera to observe it over the next few in-game days and learn more bout it, and have interesting events involving it happening such as the creature discovering the camera or eating something else: I don't know, it would be much more uninvolved than Pikmin normally is so I'm sure a lot of fans wouldn't be into it, but a game made just to expand the expansive book of species Pikmin has would be awesome. To make things more interesting, you might be able to stumble across a lost Olimar which opens up the possibilities of finding and studying treasure, or a Brittany who has returned which opens up possibilities to study flora.
I think this would be a good idea, maybe not as an official Pikmin game, but more of a fan-game. Maybe you could start off holding two cameras and as you go on you find more parts for more cameras?
@Fancy Pun Banana Sorry for taking a while to respond, but I lost the link to this video and I kept on forgetting to search the title... so, yeah. It's funny you mention that, my original idea for it was to be a fangame, but then I thought that if it was a fangame, then it wouldn't really be expanding the bestiary as none of it is official. Maybe it could just be way cheaper than the others, such as $9.99 or something, definitely not full price at least. The plan was to slowly get cameras over time, maybe even to get some of them by somehow communicating with Alph? I dunno, it was just a neat little idea I had.
Great video Dazz, Pikmin 2 is my favorite game of all time! And I love how you're channel is mostly Pikmin videos and the fact that you don't hop on trends shows how great you're channel is.
Personally I’d like to see Louie as a villain controlling and teaching bugs and eating pikmin with Olimar and Co. Fighting him with Pikmin and him controlling a giant bug as a final boss!Maybe a multiplayer campaign would be fun and catastrophic also imagine Pikmin picking you up like in Hey!Pikmin with the winged Pikmin that would be fun imagine blue Pikmin helping you swim in great depths while you help them fight a shark or something!
An idea I had was for instead of collecting something, the captains are now surveying PNF-404. For a time limit, you only have so much funding, so they could only stay for so long (perhaps collecting treasure to extend funding).
one idea that i have liked for a while is that you play as Louie stranded on the planet both day and night and during the day you use the pikmin like usual but at night the pikmin would fly off in the onion so he could use his connection to bugs to use dweevils to help. Ultimately you would need to find a way off the planet while also collecting creatures for Louie to cook and eat.
Speculation Q&A: *When will the Pikmin 4 trailer release?* Late 2018. *When is Pikmin 4 going to be released?* Mid 2019. *When will we hear something about Pikmin 4?* E3 2018. *What will we be collecting in Pikmin 4?* Scrap. *What of the Umibozu?* Reappear (Maybe as the final boss). *What of the loose ends?* The game will be about ending storylines and focus on the plot. *What will be the multiple endings?* Survival and Failure (Maybe with a time limit). *Who will we play as?* Olimar and new captains. *What are your mechanic ideas?* Weathers, Upgrades and Magnets. *Will caves return?* Yes. *New pikmin?* Spikes, Shells, Sand and Shadow. *How will the game work with the switch?* Like BoTW, Nothing major. *What about Amiibo?* Gives you different challenge levels. *Will the game be close to Pikmin 1, 2, 3 or Hey! Pikmin?* Pikmin 3. *What about enemies?* Old ones will return but will have new ones. *Any map/world ideas?* More elemental elements maps (Such as a level underwater) and Buildings. *What can Pikmin 4 add?* Night-time missions, crafting/upgrading (Collecting materials) and Cosmetics.
Maybe the Hocotatians and the Koppai peeps are seperated. Olimar, Louie & President = red, yellow, blue, purple and white Pikmin Alph, Brittany & Charly = red, yellow, blue, rock and wing Pikmin
Maybe in pikmin 4 the hocotatians and koopoaites make a collaboraion to restaurate PNF-404 so they will need to recollect items to make things that restaurate the atmosphere or something like that The portagonists could be Olimar, Alph, Brittany and Charlie The story goes like this When alph, brittany and charlie lifted olimar to hocotate they decided to take a look in his home planet as visit then the president of hocotate freight would tell louie that he is fired for stealing survival resources, suddenly the president came up with a idea. The idea was that the planet olimar crashed (PNF-404) could be a great place to live since it has alot of treasures and food so he tries to contact with the koopaites if they could collaborate with restaurating the planet, they accepted so they sended Olimar, Alph, Brittany and Charlie to find something to help them restaurate the planet but louie managed to infiltrate to the ship, The S.S Drake when they landed louie would steal the ship so Olimar and crew would be left in the planet, now the mission would be recover items from the planet to make a new ship and go back to hocotate and koopai so this is a mix between 1 and 3, you recollect resources to survive and items to build a ship There is 4 endings and a secret one The forgotten ending This ending requires no resources for ship or food. The explorers would be stuck in the planet forever, a ship would come named S.S Dolphin III, a upgrade of the s.s dolphin to rescue them but they would find the explorers unconcious (AKA: Dead) The Bad ending Mostly like the bad ending from pikmin 1, this ending requires low resources or food The ship would fly away but when getting out of the atmosphere a accident would occur making the ship fall to the ground, the pikmins would be sad of they death The nice ending This ending requires a good level of resources and food The explorers would fly away from the planet going back to hocotate they would find louie got arrested for stealing a special article then the restauration would continue but failed, still they where happy that they came back alive The Perfect ending This ending requires all ship parts and all food. They would fly to hocotate, finding that louie recieved 30 years of prison for stealing a special article from another planet, they would also punish him for eating the GPPCs (golden pikpik carrotes) They would continue the restauration, the restauration was a succes so the koopaites and hocotatians went to see it, when they took the helmets off nothing happened. The restauration worked!, then the explorers got priced The Secret ending This ending requires finding a secret pikmin They are the Black Pikmin, they can see trough walls (this ending is inspired by the collision in the perfect ending from pikmin 3) the Black Pikmins would start hitting a hidden metal wall then if you commnd all your pikmins they will break it, if you enter you will find a comet that collided earlier this comet cant be carried but if touched a cutscene will play Olimar: what is this? Alph: I dont know olimar Charlie: maybe its a space rock Alph: the radiation meter went crazy, maybe it has space radiation Brittany: should we take it to the Ship? Olimar: maybe *You sended pikmins to carry it, but they dont seem to carry it* Brittany: why woldnt they carry it? Alph: Maybe its the radiation Olimar: we should go back *If you collect it with the Black or White pikmin* Charlie: how curious, the black or/and white pikmin seem to carry it *When they send it to the ship* Alph: guys this space rock seems to have a intense energy *all the explorers would get in the ship and activate it, then the ship would fly away* Olimar: hey this is making us fly *Then the secret ending is obtained* A area idea can be a area near a volcano
An idea i had right now: an area called... THE WONDERFUL WOODLANDS!! The woodlands take place in a abandoned and destroyed wood house (who olimar and co. Call it a ruined ancient civilization) with tons of trees growing around, it will be the home to a new orange onion, which has some sort of sunflower instead of the traditional white flower, when olimar/whoeverthischaracteris plucks a seed it turns out to be some pikmin with theeth! The jawgged pikmin! Jawgged pikmin are the termites of the pikmin race and they are support pikmin like the winged pikmin, so they will die from ANY hazard... yet, they are usefull to take down wooden walls, cut ropes, tear in place wood bridges like beavers and make dams to stop water rivers!,they have 1.5 of the strenght of a normal pikmin and there theeth will be evolving alojg with their plant (leaf=rabbit theeth, bud=bucktheeth, flower=fangs)their default speed would be betweeb a fower purple and a red pikmin The woodlands will have more pellet weeds like the pellet tree which has 4 1-pellets and 1 5-pellet,those tiny trees can be cut down with jawgged pikmin and destroyed with bomb rocks, the woodlands would be also home to some sort of mawdad mini-boss which has a wood shell instead of a crystal one plus a wooded crushblat which is part plant-part animal Another area would take place in some sort of tundra which has a cyan onion with a petunia instead of a white flower, furry pikmin(cyan pikmin)would be inmune to be frozen to death cuz' of their furr and they wont slip in ice (they would be perfect to destroy ice tubes, which are like the gas pipes but freeze pikmin),the tundra would be home to icy blowhogs which are like the puffy blowhogs but their breath freezes pikmin Thats most of my ideas!
Are you trying to say "Not really because yellow Pikmin resists electricity, they're not magnetic to objects."? Because if so, I don't know what that statement has to do with what I'm saying. I'm saying that a new type of Pikmin could have magnetic abilities and I think there is a lot you can do with it. I'm not saying to change the yellow Pikmin's abilities.
I agree! a lot of puzzle-solving potential, but also as an elemental advantage over mechanical enemies like Man-At-Legs and Titan Dweevil. I imagine a return of Titan Dweevil, but using magnet Pikmin that are immune to getting thrown off. Old final boss made easy in likeness to Emperor Bulblax in Pikmin 2. They could have forked hands/2 fingers as their distinguishing body part.
@@billyshearer117 "Shut up, your mother buys you mega bloks instead of legos." is what I would say if I didn't think everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
@@spacechase9705 I love the Pikipedia entries, the cut scenes (Pikmin seeing their reflection etc.) and well... It's just fun. Didn't even have MegaBloks...
A theory I’ve been thinking of since I beat Pikmin 3 was that Pikmin 4 would would take place as trying to find Louie. From Pikmin 2 we learn that the president doesn’t seem to care to much about Olimar as he forced him to go back to PNF-404 for treasure. So, the president could’ve made Olimar go back for Louie shortly after the Koppaites (idk know how to spell that) dropped him off. Meanwhile, the Koppaites would come back to the planet as well. This is because of you think about it, we don’t know if the fruits they gathered would grow. We know that Koppai is full of oxygen (I believe in the dialect we hear this) but we don’t know what the Koppaites breathe out. As the Koppaites aren’t human, they may not breathe out carbon dioxide which the plants need to grow. This would lead to both parties (Olimar’s possibly including the president) to meet each other on PNF-404. This could even be the cause of the crash as both parties wouldn’t know of each other and may crash into each other above the planer, possibly scattering everyone around. With everyone being scattered could also be a gimmick as having a large party of 4-5 captains would be tough to manage so two smaller parties of 2-3 would be easier. The game would play out like any other game, maybe one group needs a rest day every so often forcing you to switch and explore new routes. All the while you are trying to find Louie and getting juice to survive. At the end of the day, the two ships would meet up in the air with the onion(s) to share juice and communicate. Occasionally maybe the captains would switch groups to mix things up or you could occasionally get to choose groups. Maybe the captains have different abilities (Olimar with his “Hey! Pikmin” jet pack as an example) or 2-3 characters have personalities that you like and you would like to send them out and listen to them talk. Olimar could be just wanting to find Louie and go home to his family, the president being greedy and not wanting to pass up treasure along the way, (possibly a bonus collectible) Alph being determined to save Koppai and trying to keep the team getting along if any arguments were to break out, Brittany wanting as much food as possible but is also very caring and motherly towards Alph, and Charlie possibly being a more comical character by failing things or always giving himself self compliments and getting left out by the group. This could also expand on Charlie’s crush on Brittany (as seen in various, but not all versions.). The Koppaites would probably be willing to help Olimar as strength in numbers and already being on the planet so they might as well help track down Louie. Possibly Louie tries to find food to survive and ends up getting attacked by bosses, barely making it out alive and leaving large fruits for the Koppaites to bring home and study to fit the crop’s needs better. Louie would eventually get cornered in whatever he was doing on the planet leaving the group to catch up with him and fight the final boss. Afterwards bring Louie home and go their separate ways. Possibly, Olimar learns Louie’s mysterious intentions on the ride back (as from the way it kind of seemed with Louie’s chatter in Pikmin 2, Olimar never listened to him) leading a cliffhanger for Pikmin 5!
I miss watching these videos, and Pikmin in general because it's been a while since I've played any of them. Just watching your watching your content gets me excited to play them again. I think it was mentioned here, don't remember, but the only human things we've seen in Pikmin have been leftovers. What about a whole house? Something devoid of human life still of course, but a lone house, run down, out in the wilderness?
Oooh! These are great ideas! Well done to all who created these ideas, and I do hope that there's actually something in game like if Olimar is playable, he starts to work out something weird is going on... Finally. Maybe the final boss will be Louie again... But he's transformed into some creature from the torment he's got. So rather than killing the creature, you've got to knock it out instead to try and get Louie back! Wow, did not expect to go into so much detail in this comment. Thanks for the good video, again!
Some of my ideas for pikmin 4 that I thought would be cool. 1. the ability to build small bases that work similarly to the landing sites within the games where if pikmin are in the area, they can run to the base and stay safe. The downside to this is that, you will need to make an excavation at night to collect those pikmin. Otherwise night time monsters could sniff them out and destroy the base and eat the pikmin. You'd have to use shadow pikmin at night to carry a small bed of pikmin back to base allowing them to safely come back into the onion. While you're carrying the pikmin back, you'll have to work through the monsters that appear at night. 2. the return of dungeons. They would be like what was described in the video, where they are small challenges that could lead to food or something that would give an incentive to actually do the dungeons, but not make them mandatory. 3. Food. I loved the idea that you need to survive on PNF-404. While Pikmin 2 is my favorite of the franchise, I love the idea of the need for food or the time limit in pikmin 1. 4. New types of pikmin. Some types I would love could be, slime pikmin this pikmin could survive slim based elements. They can swim in slime to collect items. While attacking they can produce a slime that slows enemies down or stuns them for a short time. That being said, slime pikmin are weak and deal less damage. Shadow pikmin this type of pikmin only comes out at night. These pikmin are the type of pikmin that are used during the night excavations in the night. 5. Pikmin 4 will be the smash ultimate of the pikmin series, having most if not all characters returning with some new characters. Now I'm not saying that all captain up until that point will be used at the same time, but it would be like new super mario u deluxe where at the beginning of every day you can choose 4 captains to use. This involves 3 new captains, and the return of Louie and the President. Some unlockable captains that aren't part of the story, but that can be used in game are the return of the Kopai captains, and maybe some joke captains like Olimar's family or something. Each captain would have different abilities and weaknesses. Olimar would the basic one of them all, having basic stats for beginners, Louie would be the fastest of the group, but also have the lowest health. He would also be able to track monsters and such. The Captain would be the slowest of the bunch, but is able to track treasure. The three new captains I have no clue what their stats could be, and obviously the Kopai captains and Olimar's family, wouldn't have stats, seeing as canonically they aren't supposed to be there, the most they are, are just Olimar reskins with new dialogue. And of course, the return of the ship from Pikmin 2, with a reskin for the ship as the S.S. Drake. 6. The story. I'm not 100% sure on what the story could be, but my prediction could be. Olimar finally returns home from his long adventures on PNF-404. With him he brings the President and Louie home. When he returns he finds that Hocotate is thriving and happy due to his adventures since Pikmin 2. He returns home and finally gets to see his family again, but in a bad stroke of luck, the President wants to go back out there and collect more treasures. Olimar, Louie, and The President is now tasked to train and accompany three new captains back to PNF-404. Of course on their way there they crash causing the ship to become badly damaged. The crew now must survive on PNF-404 collecting treasure and food. However all six captain can't be out all at once, having to leave 2 inside the ship to stay and make sure the ship doesn't fall apart. 7. The return of challenge mode. It would be like in Pikmin 3 but if you complete all the challenges normally you unlock the Kopai captains and unlocking a new set of challenges. If you beat those challenges normally you unlock Olimar's family. If you beat all the challenges with a 3 star rating, meaning you harvested everything in the area within the time limit you unlock absolutely nothing but a video telling you to get a life. 8. Multiplayer. I know that we've been wanting multiplayer in story mode and we haven't gotten it in years. Not to mention having 4 people controlling groups of pikmin in one area at the same time would probably be really hard to program. Not to mention that Nintendo clearly doesn't know how to do online play, but in a perfect world, an online session with 4 people playing Pikmin would be amazing a lot like Portal 2's multiplayer. That's about it, I know almost all of these things would not be in the game, but it'd be awesome if they were.
Shadow Pikmin can continue tasks (like fighting, or carrying) past sunset, and will store the items in a pile, near where you land, ready to pick up. They have a 30% chance of dying in the night.
I really hope that pikmin 4 blows up because if it doesn't, pikmin 4 could be the last pikmin. Unless Nintendo is nice and is willing to give a small amount of their fan base, something they really want.
I would like to see green, parasitic Pikmin that, when eaten, will give you control over smaller enemies and will actively hinder larger ones. When fully infected enemies are killed, the greens will pop out, meaning they can only be permanently killed by large creatures or elemental/environmental hazards, this allows you to actively use them for their primary purpose without permanently sacrificing them. The controllable enemies can give you access to previously locked off areas and fight bosses without fear of losing your pikmin. In terms of the aesthetics, the greens are smaller than even the white pikmin, only about half the normal size, they have glowing yellow eyes, and they have root like claws on their hands and feet. Being only half the size of other pikmin, they’re also only half the strength in both combat and carrying ability, but you only need a few to take control of an enemy stronger than any individual pikmin, so it balances out. At the end of the day (or cave) infected enemies will die and release the green pikmin inside so you don’t lose them. Outside of infecting enemies, they could also be given the ability to crawl into tiny crevices that you and your other pikmin are to big for to get to secret areas where treasure/scrap/fruit is hidden and is only accessible to your green pikmin, making it a good idea to always bring a few along with you. To get green pikmin, you’ll be given a few at some point during the game, to get more, you need to throw red, blue or yellow pikmin at a partially infected dead enemy (enemies will always take at least two greens to completely infect), then they will take it to the onion where it will spit out green seeds instead of the normal color at double the rate. That’s my idea, but as long as the old version of pikmin return, I’ll be happy.
I think that this game should be all about building with scraps like the video said but instead of flying back into the sky every night your ship is broken. So instead of repairing it like pikmin one you have to build a fortress and defend yourself in the night. Maybe not quite as large as pikmin 3 but make it openworld and a lot of days to defend yourself
An idea I had for a area or cave could be one that is based on radioactivity. The enemies and mini bosses in this place could be returning form the older games, but look and / or act slightly different than what they would usually be. The things we are collecting could also be contaminated and you need to find a way to decontaminate them before they can be taken with the captains. The area itself could take place in some sort of forest and abandoned town with fog looming over it, thus giving the place more of an ominous atmosphere.
i though about this a couple of times. but i thought about the possibility that if you were to keep returning to the same area, you will eventually see different adaptations in the Pikmin themselves. for example, staying in a place reminiscent of the distant tundra will stimulate the Pikmin to grow fur/hair to prevent them from freezing. on the other hand, if the area were to be more arid then the leaf/bud/flower may be more dry due to the arid condition. along with this i feel like the Pikmin could have more of a personality within the games, similar to the Pikmin shorts. when near a boss area they could be more cautious and present more stress having dilated pupils. if a they are attacking an enemy, a high amount of aggression could be present. this could overall flesh out the Pikmin and give a further attachment to them.
What if in pikmin 4 you would be a pikmin leader, like olimar but a pikmin of your choice. Because theres no spaceship (unless you count the onion)you would need to survive night time which would spawn more and harder enemies.
Also, an idea I had are plasm anthills. You build a bridge along to the entrance, which will have coloured slime dripping down, which converts your pikmin to that kind, and back to normal while exiting. There will be one for each hazard, fire, water, electric and poison. Inside is a large atrium containing the plasm wraith, which fires a lump of slime onto a group of invertebrate. They will then become an elemental monster - fire ants, water moths, electric spiders and poison slugs. There will be a round system, and after the fifth round you are chased out of the anthill by the wraith. After getting off the bridge, it collapses and the wraith gets dissolved into the water and swept away to the next zone
I would love co-op, as well as some sort of survival mechanic where you have a home base where you are building a beacon to make an sos signal and would be able to venture to different parts of the map via some sort of transit system which would allow you to visit any area of the map during the day. You would end up collecting food for survival and scraps for your base/beacon, maybe enemies would attack your base because the beacon attracts them or something and you could have Pikmin bring enemies to either their onion or to some place to research creatures to make that kind of creature do less damage to the base or something.
What're your ideas on a duel campaign, somewhat similar to SA2? I suppose it would depend on IF Kopai's story is ended or not (with if it is I wouldn't see this happening). Maybe with the two overlapping towards the climax?
@DazzReviews What I think could be a cool idea is that you know how in Hey Pikmin where you could send your pikmin out and they could dig up treasure and other things. What if it was like that except they would be building a protective bass from the enemies that come out at night and speaking of that, what if there was a nighttime mode where you could go out of your base and go fight secret bosses and other things except it would be dangerous and maybe see a return of the Umibozo I don’t know if that’s how you spell it lol. EDIT: What if the new pikmin game was on Hocotate Olimars home planet the plot would be that, the Umibozo was secretly on the Drake the ship in Pikmin 3 when you defeated the Plasma Wraith and it was stuck in the ship until you got to the home planet and it causes havoc on the planet and the four captains have to go back to the planet to get the Pikmin to come to their home planet to help them from the destructive creature on their planet creating dangerous enemies and other things, the pikmin would come back to the Hocotate and they will help them with the Umibozo that is very dangerous to Hocotate and it could create a new dangerous planet when the captains are gone to get the pikmin and the President is captured and Alph,Brittany, and Charlie are also here to help and you would switch out between captains for different abilities and skills. Alph would be better with technology and fixing it, Brittany would be better with plants like the pikmin, Charlie would be the strongest of the captains and can throw them farther, Olimar would be the brains where he could figure out puzzles better than others, and I don’t know about Louie he could maybe be a enemy to the captains and maybe could bring back old final bosses and dangerous enemies. @DazzReviews I hope you see this and I think it is a very cool idea for a new pikmin game that would happen on the Hocotate planet and swapping captains
I remember that I had the idea that a collectible for a Pikmin game could be the enemies themselves, in that there are a whole bunch of new enemies and you were collecting them for research purposes.
I could see night stages as being Tower Defense styled challenges. You would have to defend your base site in each area and set up attack towers around the area. You then take control of your captains and use Pikmin to go around and take down as many enemies as possible until the night comes to an end.
OK, I'll just share some ideas and edit this comment whenever I think of more. Enemy/Boss ideas. Praying Mantis Boss: This boss would be a little tough. Agress Mantis, as I would call it, would be hiding in a quiet area that's an open field. It would launch out of the grass with no warning, but he won't go far. Prepare for a formidable opponent. For starters, Agress's legs have spikes, so swarming is a no-go. The only way to dodge his attacks is to hide, as Agress can turn his head all around and spot you. His only attack isn't to be underestimated. Agress will use his front legs to jab at you, burying your Pikmin. He'll immediately eat them too. His jabs are slightly slower then your run speed. Defeating him will give you scrap part of a tea cup, since a praying mantis is about the size of a tea cup. Mosquito Enemy: Mosquy is her name, draining is her game. She can't really attack you directly, but she can stun you. Mosquy is usually found with Bulborbs, so she stunning your Pikmin is bad, since it lets Mr. Bulby over here eat them. She's useless other then that though.
Interestingly, the bottle in that short is a common type of Japanese bottle, used for soda. It's rather small and only holds an amount slightly less than that of an average tin can. About 7x2.5x2.5 inches.
MY IDEAS: FIND AND SELL MODE: Find objects and put them to the Drake or S.S Dolphin to earn money. MAPS: Inferno Moderno (Reds recommended) Free Fly (uses trampolines to go one place to other) No Light (Yellows recommended) SPECIALS: Red Pikmins" Bombs (an bomb with fire that hurts Pikmin and Enemys "red pikmin and fire enemys dont die) ") Night Googles (activates on dark places)
With scrap, it could be collected and it could be used to put together a tool to access sections of an area. So the collected scrap is more for collecting more stuff rather than stored and never used again.
I have an idea foe the story! The Breadbugs are the Pikmin's main rivals, and they've gathered enough food so that they can make their leader Breadbug become GIGANTIC! It will steal every piece of food if it becomes that size, and make the Pikmin with no way of reproducting, making them extinct. Olimar and crew only have 50 days to get giant food, bigger than the ones they normally find, and make a giant Pikmin that will fight the Breadbug! In the 50th day, the big day, the Umibozu takes control of the giant Breadbug, making the fight more tough. Olimar has to throw specific Pikmin at specific parts of the Breadbug to make it vulnerable to the Giant Pikmin's attack, and save the Pikmin!
Mudmin. Sticks to walls and creatures slowing them down and dropping air born ones to the ground. Does minimum damage but are used to traverse and or climb certain areas.
I think that the Koppaites would try to build a resort using similar mechanics to bridges (since there's nothing else I can think of to collect), since that was discussed in the "check in" feature in Pikmin 3. Customized captains would be FLAT OUT AWESOME, since I have seen (and drawn!) lots of fanart of the various characters in hoodies, armor, Inkling gear and even cosplay, and I would love to look at Alph in samurai armor commanding a legion of Pikmin warriors. *fangirl screeching *
There are two ideas I like the possibility of. One being that the next game revolves around Olimars kids stealing the ship and traveling to PNF404. The other idea is a colony being established on the planets surface, and you actually have to defend the base during the night, while day you are collecting resources to improve the base, and perhaps convince investors that the venture is profitable enough to send more supplies.
I’ve alwayed had the idea of Slime Pikmin, basically their green, can slip through grates (Which is both a positive and a negative), and can stick to things, whether that be walls or enemies. They do less damage than a normal Pikmin (About 0.5) but can latch onto them for longer.
I'm super late but my idea for the things you collect is that the planet is having a power shortage and you are collecting the random stuff to get energy.
An idea I had was a really cold icy area that only a new type of pikmin could traverse because it would be to could for any other type of pikmin. This would also come with maybe a cave like the submerged castle where only one type of pikmin can enter but the whole cave has a ton of different elemental effects.
I just hope they get more creative in using the abilities of the pikmin. For example, say you have to put together a raft and have the winged pikmin carry you and the rest of your army. Or maybe different battle strategies like having one type of pikmin form a wall to protect everyone against an oncoming attack based on their immunities (e.g. reds forming a wall against a huge fire attack). On an unrelated note, portable candypop seeds would also make a good addition.
Maybe the collectibles could be cloth or clothes, in which you try to collect as much to make upgrades or simply cosmetic space suits, or heck maybe Olimar might find a way to make an air filter so he can survive longer outside the ship without going back for his refill... And by longer I mean night time mode! :D
I has new pikmin type. GREEN pikmin. They will be like military pikmin and they will be immune to the forgotten hazard: man - at - leg's bullets. Their heads will be shaped like military war helmets and they will be able to throw items (if there is any) further. I don't see this ever becoming a pikmin type, it is just something I came up with based off of the green onion from the good ending in pikmin 1.
Aren't the man-at-leg's bullets explosions, though? Edit: I checked and they are counted as explosions, so really they should just be immune to bomb rocks and stuff. Maybe make them the designated bomb rock carriers?
Okay then here is updated green pikmin (full set of abilities) green pikmin will be immune to explosions and if the get eaten by an enemy, they will be able to climb back out of its mouth. Also, when an enemy eats a bomb rock carried by a pikmin in pikmin 4 it should eat the bomb AND the pikmin as well. So, all pikmin can carry bomb rocks, but green pikmin will be the most ideal when taking out enemies. All pikmin should have different effects when carrying bomb rocks like for example: white pikmin can set them off faster and get away quicker. There.
I think a pikmin would be the puffmins you would get them by your pikmin sprayed by NEW NAME Puffmin sprayshroom (like a poison from a mushroom that changes your pikmin. If Puffmin touched electricity their mushrooms light up to show light on the way but this make enemies easier to find you. Now what about the evil pikmin? Well the puffshroom makes evil Puffmin while the Puffmin sprayshroom gives you good Puffmin.
So in pikmin 1 the ending were Olimar becomes a pikmin the pikmin antenna is black o my head cannon is there is a black pikmin that acts like a commander like Olimar
I've got an idea. What if you crashland on PNF 404 and your ship is beyond repair. You find the Pikmin, and together, you try to either fix the ship or make a fort to protect you during nighttime until rescue arrives. Of course, new enemies every night or so, and, you'd have to make an SOS thing so people know you NEED help. The pieces, of course, are protected by bosses.
Orange pikmin can carry you for short distances, and bury themselves during sundown so it is okay to leave them and not PIK them up (drum rolls) They also walk on four legs and instead of being thrown they shoot some sort of projectile at enemies
I have an idea for a story: A person from Hokotate named Mr. Mike has heard about the Pikmin, and he wants to kidnap them and use them for his own selfish needs. He sends a bunch of robots to PNF-404 to capture Pikmin. But Olimar hears about this, and travels back to PNF-404 to save the Pikmin from Mr. Mike's robots. The robots are kind of like bosses at the end of every level. If a Pikmin gets sucked up by a robot, it won't die, but it will be stuck inside until you defeat the robot. However, creatures can still kill Pikmin. Sometimes creatures will appear while you are fighting a robot, so watch out for that!
i think a good addition would be camo pikmin pikmin used to hide or get past greater threats kill-able or not kill-able like the water wraith section. It would be nice at least to have something akin to the water wraith's mechanics as a boss, because you don't really see things like that too much.
I would love to see the idea of a level where you crash in the water and have to swim to safety before you and your Pikmin all drown, except the blue Pikmin...
Story, mechanic and Pikmin type ideas. Hmmm.... Let me try to combine a few of the ideas from the video. So I really like the idea of progressing through a tall vertical environment like a tree. Let's say there's something really important at the top of that tree, like say: the Captain's ship. And the goal of the game is to reach your ship. You could just reuse the life support system as a day limit from Pikmin 1. In order to get to the top you need to build bridges and elevators etc. from materials you find in the surroundings of the tree. This way you have the classic collectathon combined with a few nice building mini games or you could even make the building task an openended physical puzzle like in Zelda BoTW. The tree is then in the centre of the whole game with differently themed areas around it. The areas around, where you find the parts are only accessible during the day as during night time too many monsters are around, while at night you can work inside and around the tree, where you find night time only enemies. This way we have the time restrictions iconic for the game during the day and a way to include night time in a natural way, as you can't enter your ship during night if it's not within reach. Also, as for new Pikmin ideas: how about a mole Pikmin, brown maybe with large hands/claws, that can dig through the ground, create tunnels to make new areas accessible for the Captains and other Pikmin and attack enemies from beneath. I can image this be implemented nicely as a gameplay mechanic. And of course the bioluminescent Pikmin for Night time, really like that idea.
I think that the motion controls will make a return, especially since the right joycon has a gyro in it that can be used just like a wiimote. See world of goo on the switch.
How about a really trippy area created entirely by the umibozu? Or a dream sequence we get to play in! With special pikmin depending on what's happening in the dream. Nightmare...min?
A.) All Pikmin die
B.) Louie dies
C.) All enemies are harvested
D.) Time’s up
Post Mission: When the game ends, points will be tallied and scores will be final.

This idea is great! NINTENDO GET OVER HERE!
CrazyMangoz Thanks dude.
Woah. Dazz, do a video on this!
@Dazz check this out
Idea- trashy bulborb. Covered in mud, it has many characteristics-
- Red, Yellow and Winged get stuck
- Rock and Purple slide off when hit
- White attacks freely
- Blue deals a lot of damage
more like a muddy bulborb, I love the idea
Why wouldn't white get stuck
@@apollo5063 maybe white Pikmin could cut themselves in poison or something to be able to attack the muddy bull Barb
@@apollo5063 white pikmin can dig really well and can see through the ground
Hi. I'm Nobody. Are we talking like New York? Cause that would be awesome!
BMB Adventures
New York would be perfect. It would be a cheerier version of Life After People. There could even be other major cities or monuments reclaimed by time and nature. It would be amazing to see more of the humans other than objects.
The boss there would have to be epic, I think an mechanical golem that has an AI
@@allmyopinionsarewrong8466 or maybe a tougher bulblax with metal pieces attached to it
"Also, a great addition to Pikmin 4 is an *EDITOR MODE* . Okay so, you can create your own Pikmin Levels/Challenges ! Like customize the terrain. Add mechanics like rivers and water or tunnels and caves, add collectables or a goal, and add enemies, or even create new ones ! Why not put wings on a Bulborb ? Its just possible and im so hyped good video keep going."
- BLUEDIAS DB (25.05.2018)
Are you an Arlo fan? I was just wondering because he has the same exact idea.
I also saw his video. It was cool. But i had that idea first before seeing the video. 😊
Pikmin maker ftw
Pikmin kaizo sounds awful
Both sound pretty nice, although the final fight would be hard to incorporate into the connected zones, and radar would be a problen
This combined with caves and some sort of sandbox mode would make a great pikmin game, though i don't see a nighttime mechanic working here
The first ideas not bad, it makes me think of a breath of the wild styled pikmin
Luigi64fan Possibly instead of Louie being a main party member between each day after a certain point perspective switches from Olimar and New character to Louie, scavenging for food and supplies to survive, potentially with some old Pikmin like Wings or Purples that Olimar and New character might not encounter.
Pikifan4 IndigoCobra57 I also had the open world idea and I thought it could work
I hope the dungeons from Pikmin 2 are back
I do to but only if theyre optional or in a master mode of sorts
Dungeons? DUNGGEONS?!?! IT. IS. CAVES.
They have to fix some issues, but I generally agree. Make them mandatory but removed de rng in them so you can properly implement puzzle solving into them.
@@Rasf12 bro no the rng is awesome.
and treasure from pikmin 2, preferably brand name.
Oh boy, 2 years ago they had hope
Dmitri Dmitri I personally like this idea. The names for the siblings are fitting. But when would this take place, After every pikmin game?
New Pikmin Idea: The Suction Pikmin
Colour:Orange
Noticeable Trait: Webbed feet and hands.
I thought it would turn into a red or cyan pikmin a cyan pikmin would be stronger against a new threat: the cold
About the controls: I messed around with Pikmin 2 on Dolphin, and mapped the Wii Mote controls onto a Switch Pro. It controls pretty well. The left stick is movement, the right stick is aiming, and the right shoulder buttons are throwing and calling. All other buttons are miscellaneous actions.
switch motion aiming is pretty good i feel like that will come back for sure
9:40 I would love a nighttime survival mode!
TRT The Real Thing I would love that too!
For pikmin 4 I think louie will take control of all of the pikmin and 4 new captains are forced to save all the pikmin and louie
People in 2018 hoping for Pikmin 4: its probebly comming in 2019
People in 2020 that got Pikmin 3 deluxe: 😐
How about building something huge like a drill to break into a cave? Then having the final boss or world in that cave? Just me? Oh...
Ok...
Mrrgle The Mediocre God no that 3ds crap was not necesary.
@criticalhard
Well good thing it wouldn't be the 3DS crap.

I would like more pikmin animations and pikmin interacting with each other when doing nothing. Makes the game feel more lively
one idea that i have liked for a while is that you play as Louie stranded on the planet both day and night and during the day you use the pikmin like usual but at night the pikmin would fly off in the onion so he could use his connection to bugs to use dweevils to help. Ultimately you would need to find a way off the planet while also collecting creatures for Louie to cook and eat.

*Any map/world ideas?* More elemental elements maps (Such as a level underwater) and Buildings.
*What can Pikmin 4 add?* Night-time missions, crafting/upgrading (Collecting materials) and Cosmetics.
How do you know this?
First 3 predictions didn't age well.
Pikmin 4 will never happen
Here’s an idea. After you beat the boss of an area when the day ends you get a segment where you play as Louie doing something
E3 better be where Pikmin 4 is announced
Walther Penne I am ready for no pikmin news in E3. I just want pikmin news to be in E3
Maybe we will play as all 6 captians . Separated from ships and each other Alph and olimar could be looking for the 4 others encountering new pikmin!
I think this will happen.
Maybe the Hocotatians and the Koppai peeps are seperated.
Olimar, Louie & President = red, yellow, blue, purple and white Pikmin
Alph, Brittany & Charly = red, yellow, blue, rock and wing Pikmin
I read this as 20 pikmin, 4 predictions...
Why am I like this😝
Maybe in pikmin 4 the hocotatians and koopoaites make a collaboraion to restaurate PNF-404 so they will need to recollect items to make things that restaurate the atmosphere or something like that
The portagonists could be
Olimar, Alph, Brittany and Charlie
The story goes like this
When alph, brittany and charlie lifted olimar to hocotate they decided to take a look in his home planet as visit then the president of hocotate freight would tell louie that he is fired for stealing survival resources, suddenly the president came up with a idea. The idea was that the planet olimar crashed (PNF-404) could be a great place to live since it has alot of treasures and food so he tries to contact with the koopaites if they could collaborate with restaurating the planet, they accepted so they sended Olimar, Alph, Brittany and Charlie to find something to help them restaurate the planet but louie managed to infiltrate to the ship,
The S.S Drake when they landed louie would steal the ship so Olimar and crew would be left in the planet, now the mission would be recover items from the planet to make a new ship and go back to hocotate and koopai so this is a mix between 1 and 3, you recollect resources to survive and items to build a ship
There is 4 endings and a secret one
The forgotten ending
This ending requires no resources for ship or food.
The explorers would be stuck in the planet forever, a ship would come named S.S Dolphin III, a upgrade of the s.s dolphin to rescue them but they would find the explorers unconcious (AKA: Dead)
The Bad ending
Mostly like the bad ending from pikmin 1, this ending requires low resources or food
The ship would fly away but when getting out of the atmosphere a accident would occur making the ship fall to the ground, the pikmins would be sad of they death
The nice ending
This ending requires a good level of resources and food
The explorers would fly away from the planet going back to hocotate they would find louie got arrested for stealing a special article then the restauration would continue but failed, still they where happy that they came back alive
The Perfect ending
This ending requires all ship parts and all food.
They would fly to hocotate, finding that louie recieved 30 years of prison for stealing a special article from another planet, they would also punish him for eating the GPPCs (golden pikpik carrotes)
They would continue the restauration, the restauration was a succes so the koopaites and hocotatians went to see it, when they took the helmets off nothing happened. The restauration worked!, then the explorers got priced
The Secret ending
This ending requires finding a secret pikmin
They are the Black Pikmin, they can see trough walls (this ending is inspired by the collision in the perfect ending from pikmin 3) the Black Pikmins would start hitting a hidden metal wall then if you commnd all your pikmins they will break it, if you enter you will find a comet that collided earlier this comet cant be carried but if touched a cutscene will play
Olimar: what is this?
Alph: I dont know olimar
Charlie: maybe its a space rock
Alph: the radiation meter went crazy, maybe it has space radiation
Brittany: should we take it to the Ship?
Olimar: maybe
*You sended pikmins to carry it, but they dont seem to carry it*
Brittany: why woldnt they carry it?
Alph: Maybe its the radiation
Olimar: we should go back
*If you collect it with the Black or White pikmin*
Charlie: how curious, the black or/and white pikmin seem to carry it
*When they send it to the ship*
Alph: guys this space rock seems to have a intense energy
*all the explorers would get in the ship and activate it, then the ship would fly away*
Olimar: hey this is making us fly
*Then the secret ending is obtained*
A area idea can be a area near a volcano
AMAZING ! DO MORE ! I hope the E3 will give us Pikmin 4 😀
Jawgged pikmin are the termites of the pikmin race and they are support pikmin like the winged pikmin, so they will die from ANY hazard... yet, they are usefull to take down wooden walls, cut ropes, tear in place wood bridges like beavers and make dams to stop water rivers!,they have 1.5 of the strenght of a normal pikmin and there theeth will be evolving alojg with their plant (leaf=rabbit theeth, bud=bucktheeth, flower=fangs)their default speed would be betweeb a fower purple and a red pikmin
The woodlands will have more pellet weeds like the pellet tree which has 4 1-pellets and 1 5-pellet,those tiny trees can be cut down with jawgged pikmin and destroyed with bomb rocks, the woodlands would be also home to some sort of mawdad mini-boss which has a wood shell instead of a crystal one plus a wooded crushblat which is part plant-part animal
Another area would take place in some sort of tundra which has a cyan onion with a petunia instead of a white flower, furry pikmin(cyan pikmin)would be inmune to be frozen to death cuz' of their furr and they wont slip in ice (they would be perfect to destroy ice tubes, which are like the gas pipes but freeze pikmin),the tundra would be home to icy blowhogs which are like the puffy blowhogs but their breath freezes pikmin
Thats most of my ideas!
so...a broken treehouse?
I think there's potential in a magnetic type of pikmin.
Here we are in 2020, no trailers or teasers
"Would people hate that?" Considering how much everyone HATES Hey! Pikmin, yes. definitely.

watching this in oct 14 2020 honestly hurts, lol
Sorry for such a long comment! I tried to explain everything and it turned into a giant block of text lol!
I do like the thought of a base building game. Maybe establish a colony on their planet. Or a tropical resort. Olimar can even bring his family.
Awesome Idea Dude! It's Really Could Be A Great Plot For Pikmin 4!!! 👍
That’s my idea, but as long as the old version of pikmin return, I’ll be happy.

that face alone speaks volumes.
Nothing Normal thats a fantastic ideea Nintendo Needs to do that

Pikmin 4 better be the best game ever to have us wait this long

Maybe pikmin 4 can bring back collecting sparklium from Hey! Pikmin, or treasures like Pikmin 2 and Hey! Pikmin
I remember that I had the idea that a collectible for a Pikmin game could be the enemies themselves, in that there are a whole bunch of new enemies and you were collecting them for research purposes.
I hope it will be based on the planet pnf-404 not that hey pikmin planet or a different one.
I doubt that it will be the hey pikmin planet, as that game isnt canon
@@GreenAgouti even though olimar already know about the winged and rock pikmin

I could see night stages as being Tower Defense styled challenges. You would have to defend your base site in each area and set up attack towers around the area. You then take control of your captains and use Pikmin to go around and take down as many enemies as possible until the night comes to an end.
It’s supposedly almost done, so it might come out late this year
OK, I'll just share some ideas and edit this comment whenever I think of more.
Maybe this time we'll play as the *Pikmin* ?
MY IDEAS:
FIND AND SELL MODE: Find objects and put them to the Drake or S.S Dolphin to earn money.
MAPS: Inferno Moderno (Reds recommended)
Free Fly (uses trampolines to go one place to other)
No Light (Yellows recommended)
SPECIALS: Red Pikmins" Bombs (an bomb with fire that hurts Pikmin and Enemys "red pikmin and fire enemys dont die)
")
Night Googles (activates on dark places)
I want a garbage disposal level where we fall in and have to find a way out by stacking objects or rummaging to find treasures in the trash.
With scrap, it could be collected and it could be used to put together a tool to access sections of an area. So the collected scrap is more for collecting more stuff rather than stored and never used again.
Nintendo is obviously making a Pikmin battle royal for the Switch...
6:01 *how it feels to drink five rum*
Hey Dazz! Good Job on the video!
I have and idea you can do for a video...
“Why We Love Pikmin”
I think that the Koppaites would try to build a resort using similar mechanics to bridges (since there's nothing else I can think of to collect), since that was discussed in the "check in" feature in Pikmin 3. Customized captains would be FLAT OUT AWESOME, since I have seen (and drawn!) lots of fanart of the various characters in hoodies, armor, Inkling gear and even cosplay, and I would love to look at Alph in samurai armor commanding a legion of Pikmin warriors. *fangirl screeching *
I'm guessing the trailer will release in 2019.
SamonoidJeff I'm hoping for this E3. We have been waiting for WAY too long! I hope Nintendo is trying to make this game amazing!
Upgrading pikmin
PIKMIN IN TANKS AND GUNS
And we need bike borb
There are two ideas I like the possibility of. One being that the next game revolves around Olimars kids stealing the ship and traveling to PNF404. The other idea is a colony being established on the planets surface, and you actually have to defend the base during the night, while day you are collecting resources to improve the base, and perhaps convince investors that the venture is profitable enough to send more supplies.
I think on pikmen 4 we will have the 3 main ones and 2 new pikmin also i would like to have all the pikmen in the story mode eather after game or not
I’ve alwayed had the idea of Slime Pikmin, basically their green, can slip through grates (Which is both a positive and a negative), and can stick to things, whether that be walls or enemies. They do less damage than a normal Pikmin (About 0.5) but can latch onto them for longer.
later 2018... boy were they wrong
Why didn't the pikmins do this to the giant B.O.B. in brawl? 1:40
dunno... o_O
What about pikmin like, jumping on to another or whatever to form some sort of structure made of pikmin that helps you get to new areas or be stronger
Iron Anchor and they know how to desamorse rock bombs if they imput it in a hazard
There.
Seems extremely fight based, and a rule with Pikmin seems that if a Pikmin is purely for fighting, it won't get in.
Or they can make stuff grow faster and survive extreme radiation (like a wasteland map)
Pikmin is life. Can’t wait for pikmin 4.
Oh hey pikmin the music brilliant garden made me cry because it was beautiful
I think a pikmin would be the puffmins you would get them by your pikmin sprayed by NEW NAME Puffmin sprayshroom (like a poison from a mushroom that changes your pikmin. If Puffmin touched electricity their mushrooms light up to show light on the way but this make enemies easier to find you. Now what about the evil pikmin? Well the puffshroom makes evil Puffmin while the Puffmin sprayshroom gives you good Puffmin.
So in pikmin 1 the ending were Olimar becomes a pikmin the pikmin antenna is black
o my head cannon is there is a black pikmin that acts like a commander like Olimar
i HOPE PIKMIN 4 WILL HAPPEN
I've got an idea. What if you crashland on PNF 404 and your ship is beyond repair. You find the Pikmin, and together, you try to either fix the ship or make a fort to protect you during nighttime until rescue arrives. Of course, new enemies every night or so, and, you'd have to make an SOS thing so people know you NEED help. The pieces, of course, are protected by bosses.
Orange pikmin can carry you for short distances, and bury themselves during sundown so it is okay to leave them and not PIK them up (drum rolls)
They also walk on four legs and instead of being thrown they shoot some sort of projectile at enemies
I have an idea for a story:
A person from Hokotate named Mr.
Pikmin 3 was good. I hope Pikmin 4 is just as good.
Mohan Grewal or the best game ever created
That's debatable. But in your opinion sure.
