I could listen to LRPs voice forever, especially when he is in a good groove like this - this is musical therapy that is good for my soul and if I could just listen to this once a day, it might just fix me for good... cure me of the blues that ail me with the blues that heal me. Love all the guys on the stage - there's a good mixture of liquid soul.
Instead of just blowin, Robben always has an idea, a brilliant idea/feel, where he wants to take us on his solo journey, and I always follow. So pleasing a destination. Ever since I saw him backin up 'Spoon in 76 I think it was, at the Keystone Corner in No. Beach. He was already a minor legend. Tom Scott knew it.
So, what's up with Robben Ford playing a completely different solo than what was shown? Same with the start of Joe's solo. Great song, shoot the video editor!
I like this video so much but it is really strange. When Robben starts soloing after the first 10 seconds you can see that something strange is going on. The notes he plays don't correspond the video. Whoever did the editing just took some other footage of the same song of Robben's playing and pasted it in between. Looks pretty strange when you watch it
This guy can play anything you throw at him ! Absolutely Wonderiffic!

Joe is so calm! All talent, but I think Joe is my favorite.
