Super pumped for Kyle and his new opportunity this season. Awesome to see all the hard work and passion he puts in pay off. Hope the knee heals up soon and back to 100%. We’re all asking for snow.
My metric for pain is always --> Did it hurt right away. I got shot in the middle east with part of a bullet from a ricochet, the bullet broke 6 ribs before it exited after leaving a 18 inch wound tract. After that I had to evade 8 miles to get away. The following 8 weeks was some of the most pain I have ever felt, EVER!!!!! OH yeah and 4 days after my surgery my mom was yelling at me as I was starting my trials motorcycle! I was back in the middle east 4 months later. As a 52 year old man I want to tell the youngsters to take care of their injuries sooner then later; now I see shit starting to hurt and I know I could have lessened it if I took care of it sooner!
Great podcast! Congrats Kyle that's a great opportunity you've set yourself up with big ups bro! Hopefully you can have some sort of a voice at polaris with the quality of the sleds they ship out the door. 😅
I didn't think my ski doo comment would elicit a visceral response of disdain (was intended to be funny) in hopes you would answer the question, here we are finally the expose. Good luck to all. P.S. I hope the conversation with Polaris encompasses the ski rubber, if one has a really power sled with a weak rubber just makes the catapult more lethal...?

Sometimes the hardest part about a physical injury is the mental game, hang in there
