Now I live in Egypt and I left my bike in the U.K. , hopefully this summer I get to plan a trip and go somewhere.
I'm really happy you were able to find your key. That could have turned into a real nightmare. Thanks for another great episode and looking forward to next Thursday.
The transitions of the drone visuals were very nicely synced with the music that was playing in the background. Nice creative touch. And I particularly enjoyed the music choices in this video. Thank you.

Awesome journey. Lovely to watch. You are lucky enough that, you are travelling around the world through Motor bike. I can also ride on Motor bike. But couldn't complete such an adventurous trip yet. However enjoying your trip every week. Cheers.
That drone shot with trees and dark blue water in the landscape took my breath away! and please convince your travel partner to be a part of your video, that would be good! enjoy your journey!

Yes, a little Desaster, but I as well always see it as another adventure. If we would have lost it I guess we would have needed to wait for the spare key being sent from Switzerland - so in the end would have been some more days of exploring Sweden. 😂
Yes, excellent video, as usual, and you are very lucky to have a very patient travel partner. But I got the impression that you found the north of Norway much more inspiring.
I actually don’t know, looking back I think I enjoyed the riding in Finland and Sweden the most because it felt more “free”. Much more small gravel roads, just getting lost and taking one road after the other. It’s a bit more how I like to travel even though north Norway is very stunning!
I once lost my motorcycle key at the beach around 1966 and that was when I learned to "hot wire" that bike.... Something impossible on these modern bikes!!! Great adventure!!!
Love that you now know how to get going all the older bikes out there! 😂 would be interesting to know how they for example start stolen newer motorcycles? 🤔
I absolutely love your films...especially these nordic countries...you're inspiring this 62 year old to sell his 41 year old bmw and buy a newer tourer and head off...🙏💗

@@Got2Go I forgot to mention, on one of my ride the passaenger seat fell off. Discovered after about 20 km riding. I turned around, rode back slowly and scanned the roadsurface. all the way back to where I started. Expected to find the seat within the first 2 km, since that was the most bumpy gravel road. Never found it, wasted 5 hours of my life 😂 Lesson learned: Double check the locking mecanism of everything that may fell off 🤣
I met another traveler once who told be that he forgot to strap his bag to his bike. He realized about 300 kilometers later that it fell off and never found it again. 😂🤯 I have to admit though that I would not expect a passenger seat to fall off that easily, even if it’s not locked properly. 😳
@@Got2Go, Lea that could have been a own history book of funny stories. The mc riders lost collection book. ha ha, sure there must be many such stories. Got2Go Ah, he is the calming influence .? I would never have guessed that you would get upset since you have such a beautiful calming voice in your videos. Thanks again for another good Thursday, Lea. Until next time, Dan 🏍😀🇨🇦
I am not really getting upset about lost keys or other “struggles”. But I for example get pretty annoyed if my travel partner navigates and makes a mistake (that’s why I am navigating 99 percent of the time). I am just so used to making the routes and deciding where to go - and I am as well much more quick. So he gave up meanwhile on that and we are both happy. 😂 And yes, he is always pretty calm and basically never upset or annoyed by anything. That’s why I like to travel with him - I could not stand too much drama either. 😂

Hi Lea, great video, lucky you found the key because it's a long walk back to Switzerland 😀 I have had a similar experience with keys, I took a swim in a lake with my keys in my pocket 😱 luckily they didn't fell out 😅
@@Got2Go I realized it while swimming so I had to swim back with one hand in my pocket 😂 just an other question, when is your book going to be published in english?

I was on one of my Western Moto trips. I stopped for a few days in the Badlands and camped. On the second day I got on horseback, which I love to do on vacations. It was a group ride on sleepy trail horses and the guide was very, very strict. He told me to put the camera away and as I did an SD card left me like a butterfly in a Summer wind and there was no stopping to get off the horse. I got back on the bike at the end of the trail and rode to the closest point I could park the bike and hiked in about 20 minutes to where I thought I might possibly look for it, because of course it contained many, many photographs and videos from my trip. I found it.
It would be awesome if you live around that road and time to time you go there and drive ! I wanna one day live near there and drive e-bike whenever possible
Can't believe you managed to find the key in that environment....definitely a bit of luck 👍. I can now see a negative to keyless rides. Looks like you are handling that big GS really well on the gravel now....does the tenere have competition 😎🇬🇧
Yes we were lucky that it basically fell down where I started the bike. If it would have been later we would have had a problem. 😳 I think the GS is a nice bike but for me it’s nice for Europe, if I want to go to Africa or around the world it would always be the Tenere.
I love the vast lands. They show us how small we really are, but at the same time makes me feel free.

I got back on the bike at the end of the trail and rode to the closest point I could park the bike and hiked in about 20 minutes to where I thought I might possibly look for it, because of course it contained many, many photographs and videos from my trip. I found it.
What, that’s crazy!!! Sometimes I just think it’s nearly destiny how things return back to us! 😂
@@Got2Go Destiny, persistence and superhuman navigation skills !! Oh, and luck, too.
It would be awesome if you live around that road and time to time you go there and drive ! I wanna one day live near there and drive e-bike whenever possible
Nice video, regards from Marco.
Hello Marco! 👋🏻🙏🏻
Pure wild!
Be carefull with the keys! Kkkkk
I think the GS is a nice bike but for me it’s nice for Europe, if I want to go to Africa or around the world it would always be the Tenere.
I am old fashionabla when it come to thise modern things, give your friend a big hug for that was realy well done to find it.
Amazing place, been there to snowkite but need to go back in summer for a visit ;)
