Also, Spacegodzilla is one of the few that doesn't fight on Mothership vs. Orga last. Makes sense since on the highest difficulty it would just be Spacegodzilla last.

Mostly graphics. The Xbox version looks much better graphically than the PS2. Otherwise, they control really similarly. I think the PS2 may have far fewer stages, too...

Geez, Spacegodzilla's model looks hideous in Save The Earth (mainly the eyes and dorsal fins). But other than that, Spacegodzilla is pretty easy to beat.
