      Lizzy Lollipop A tip for learning Koryo is step by step 8 steps per weekend. May or may not help you or per 6 steps

      Nice! For me, Koryo isn’t my black belt form. It’s my boudan belt form. I was just refreshing since due to Covid-19 I haven’t been in Taekwondo for a few months :)

    Thank you for explaining the movements. My dojang has a video for koryo, but it is silent. I just earned my 1st Dan a couple weeks ago.

      Duban Yop tchagui, Duban means double

      It is called Gerdeup Yeop Charki, .. Gerdeup means repeated. 거듭 옆차기.
