- This inverter is advertised as 750 watts continuous and 1500 watts Peak, unfortunately under a resistive load of just under 400 watts (Travel kettle) It brings on the fault light and pulses. The kettle load is some 53.3% below the continuous rating and 26% of the peak rating.
