My mom is very private and reserved when it comes to any kind of “sex” questions that I wish she could have been more open with me especially as a teenager-young adult hood. I now have a daughter and I’m definitely taking notes on how to parent/ advice from Mama 69❤️ awesome episode
I agree.on the porn take for me as well. Porn affects intimacy, it is a problem for so many, it really negatively affects the brain. I dint want to be intimate with my husband after he's been looking at and thinking about other women in porn. But also same if a couple watches it together it's a different story.

So for the pills, you can go to the doctors and they can recommend one depending on your health . For example , because i had high blood pressure, they prescribed me a low dosage of birth control pill. What the pill does is it thins out the layer in your uterus which carries blood which is what makes you bleed monthly .. that is why when youre on the pill you dont get a period because your uterus lining is so thin that theres no lining layer to come out your body.. the lining helps maintain the baby. So missing 1 day will not get you pregnant IF you have already been consistently taking your pill because it takes a while for your lining to thicken again…but you should take your pill AS SOON as you remember you forgot to take it. 🙏🏽 stay safe.

There are different forms of BC! Pills and IUDs. The one your mom is talking about sounds like the “non hormonal” IUD but it makes your periods worse! The ones with hormones are progesterone only which usually don’t have the weight gain effects that BC with estrogen has and sometimes they take your period completely away! As long as they’re placed correctly (make sure you go to an OBGYN vs a family doctor imo) then the chance of getting pregnant is like nothing compared to the pill and especially compared to pull out method 😂

I love their bond and how open they are with each other this is one of the best podcasts she has do done. I do feel like views don’t matter and do it for the ones that love to watch you and continue doing influencers just not the same ones over and over maybe new people surprise us and don’t give up.
