green bean is big in Chile, reason why it's called chacarero is because it has all the veggies grown in a chacra (veggie garden) like tomato, green chili or banana chilli and green beans. mayo es freshly made daily.

This makes my heart so happy, I just studied in Santiago for 6 months and I didn’t enjoy the food too much, and relied on ham/cheese empanadas, completos, and seafood for survival lol. You’re showing me hidden gems that I never found.

Fufu can be a bit hard to swallow for the uninitiated.
