Synthetic oil and filter should be changed at least every 10,000 miles...I try to get my ES done around 7,500...

I'm pretty sure all she needed was an oil change and filter..all the air filters , brake pads and rotors are fine and look brand new lolol

Yep, I go to the Toyota dealer and got synthetic oil change and coolant flush and fill for $250. It woulb double that at the Lexus dealer.
