This (basically everything) is really entertaining. I played a few hours on it and thought that the game had some sort of interesting topic and felt like this would have a story. Stumbled to know that this place has a discord community, joined it and found this video, and see that this whole orphanage had a story behind it. Absolutely amazing.
i really enjoyed this game. it never gets boring as the psycho orphan changes depending on who drank the milk. the dorms, showers, are all perfect. the only issue is that most of the time, there’s rarely a maid. as much as we can depend on wild berries or the campsite for necessities if the orphanage arent open, it would be more fun if there were maids around. anyways, thanks for making this game!
Hello! It's now a year later from when you made this comment. I am a maid at Eden and now, in the largest servers there are always plenty of maids working! So I think that problem has now been solved! Like I said though, make sure you join the largest servers!
Its improved now, there are more maids than there were before and now they do interviews for Maids once a month for those who can’t afford the £50 untrained maid role
I have a little theory, not much cannon facts to prove it. But I think Oliver might be Clay's biological child. Why is that so? - Clay states how Oliver is one of her most trusted orphans in comparation to the rest of them. - They both, have same hair color and similar personalities around the film. - Clay might take Oliver to the orphanage for special occasions (this time was for the plot at the end), this is why Eden noticed that he might be new. - Oliver refuses to speak about his past and how we arrived to the Orphanage, possibly because Lia made him keep the secret about the biological relationship between the two of them. - This fact is very important. As we seen with Mathew during the film, Lia doesn't seem to be aware or care about the orphan's names. However, this changes when he introduces Oliver to her sister by his name as she was the one who gave it to him. - We see orphans play all around, while Oliver is mostly a shy introverted kid, again, this could be because he is not an actual orphan, and only has to pretend so he can follow Lia's orders within killing who she wants for whatever he wants back refusing to interact with the rest of kids that way he won't befriend any of them to keep himself centered on the job. - We notice how there is similitudes with The Promised Neverland and The Edens Orphanage, specially when Isabella's Lullababy plays during the movie. (TPN SPOILERS) It's cannon that Isabella, owner of Grace Field is Ray's biological mom same might happen between Oliver and Lia. And to be fair, both little emo kids are very similar to each other.
There's is a book about something like that in the library actually... Though I don't remember the name and if there was more than one... I could check and write the littles, but I think your theory might be right

@@fanlou18_35 Actually, we did have a script to copy and paste! The reason for the long pauses, would be us waiting for the voice actors to say their lines. Of course, the lines came out shorter than expected... and the video + soundtrack had already been filmed and edited in before the voice lines. We had tried cutting the empty spaces, but it messed with the music. So, we decided to leave in the pauses since we didn’t think it tampered too much with the film. This was our first film, and a learning experience at that! We will keep in mind the critiques so that we will be able to improve the films we produce in the future. We hope you still enjoyed it as much as we did filming it. ❤️
I just want to thank everyone who worked on this, it hasnt come out yet but from the trailer and the thumbnail I know it will be amazing and I can tell how much hard work was put into this thank you for doing this. I cant wait to see more in the future

This film was good! Just two criticisms though, the pauses between responses were a tad bit awkward and unnatural. Perhaps cutting past those typing periods in editing, or having the voiceactors read through script without the bubble messages and with captions at the bottom of the screen would flow better and cut down time it takes for a scene to progress. Or possibly even having every response ready to be copy-pasted on the side in a digital notepad? (SPOILERS) Additionally, introducing a critical main character only to shortly kill them off is a bit questionable. Maybe give more context to their personality, their history, why they are important and who they are-- so their death feels more weighted and heavy. The characters know that she is important, but the audience does not, so providing more character development for her would have made her death more meaningful and truly show us the weight of Clay's actions. Eden's name is in the orphanage itself afterall, so it could have been beneficial to explain that, or go deeper into her history and mindset with a prequel. This would also help us determine Clay's character's moral compass better, even though it's already severely bad, given that was her sister and the orphanage fiasco, pft-- Very nice, though!
Well, during Halloween/fall event we can see Eden's ghost near hay maze. She just sells some goods for candies. I think her ghost will be included in future Orphan Home films. My theory.
I am a worker in this beautiful game, and i cant stop thanking you for this game. Eden orphans history is incredible. I just cant say anything bad about it. The film is incredible. The voices, the outfit and everything else is beautiful. Positive positive
I was a maid here. I got demoted but I have proof that I worked here. I was unhappy with my experience with this game. The constant abuse from children making threats on your life and calling you names. Not enough is done to punish them we are just told “put them in iso once you’ve warned them” and okay I guess but that isn’t enough support. People have issues like anxiety to deal with, and like me, being told to die can trigger (and did trigger) a panic attack. I cannot believe is spent 2000 robux to get verbally abused by orphans and ignored by other staff. Not to mention that it’s practically normalised in the game. I wouldn’t recommend the game to anyone.
@• Sunsyy • yeah that too. If your gonna have people spend money on your game at least make them feel comfortable. I’ve spoken to so many people from the game who feel the same and like they wasted their robux on what they thought was a good experience only to be treated poorly.
As a humble orphan player, I'm really sorry to hear that, but you're totally right. I see Maid abuse alot, and it really sucks. A big part of the roleplay of the game is being joyful with the maids, busting jokes and whatnot, but I see a lot of people just being plain rude and demanding to them. (Once saw a Maid be called racist because a POC player lost in a Simon Says game. Escalated to other players calling them that, until they freaked out and logged off.) Now, I'm 20, and that would have frustrated me. But knowing most of the players/staff is teenaged or younger, that really irks me that there is no support for you guys. Just knowing how to handle that situation is frustrating. There's a discord server, there's no reason to not have some support system for the maids that work there. Also sucks, because the maids just assume you're gonna be an ass too and don't let their guard enough to have fun and make jokes. Half the time I'm having to remind people that you aren't AI, But actual people with lives outside the game. It must be miserable. Also, by "working" do you mean you were ever compensated for your time spent? I can't imagine putting up with this and being a literal staff member on a game and not being paid in SOME way. You guys are the only reason the game works and is fun! I hope they have figured out some of these issues with problem players (especially seggzually explicit ones) who ruin the game for everyone, and a way to better support the core players (maids) who make sure the game runs smooth. It's such a fun game when everyone is on the same page, I'm so sorry you had this experience

As an Orphanage Caregiver I apologize for your terrible experience. I still work here but I faced similar criticism. An orphan was being horrible to me calling me unprofessional. When I called her rude an Educator in the server wanted to talk to me. She took me into the staff room and had a go at me for being rude to the orphans. From this day I still despise her and I wish the worst for her.
Most of the rude ones are newcomers that come in to the game just to insult people, I apologize for them. But I assure you that registration and Orphan ranks would never disrespect a maid or anyone.
this film is AMAZING! the voice acting and acting is as well, and so is the music! i wasn't able to see it when it premiered because i was in speech therapy and my mother was downstairs (she'd scold me, which I'm scared of, and kill me with a glare if she saw me on my other laptop during school), but still this film was excellent and greatly made! excellent work, clayuh and the other actors/actresses in the film!
I love how this movie shows only the purpose of the Orphanage, not actual Orphanage. Maids never greet me at the door, never help me in anything, never answer my questions barely feed me, and orphans are messy weirdos and bypassers who scream at them for food.
this had a pretty good storyline and was good! as a film student, something I would recommend is try not to make each scene so long, it makes it feel boring
