Thanks for posting this. I managed to do it without removing the 'triangle'. I knocked out the pin and pulled out the pads. Pushed the cylinder in. Fitted new pads, replaced the pin and clip. Quick. Downside is there is not enough access for cleaning etc

A little trick I use is before removing old pads, use a screwdriver to lever the pads open (pushes the pistons back in) 🍻

Did you have to remove any break fluid from the reservoir to push the piston back? Thanks.
