Uric Acid क्या होता है और क्यों होता है ?(What is uric acid?/ causes of uric acid)
Uric acid यह हमारे शरीर का waste product होता है जो किडनी द्वारा बहार फैका जाता है। अगर किसीका किडनी का function सामान्य नहीं है तो पूरी तरह uric acid बहार फैका नहीं जा सकता और वह शरीर में बढ़ने लगता है। अगर शरीर में uric acid ज्यादा होता है तो किडनी उसको बहार फैक नहीं पाती उस वजहसे भी यूरिक एसिड बढ़ता है। uric acid के कारन gout की तकलीफ होती है
uric acid बढ़ने से शरीर में क्या तकलीफ होती है? (Problems due to uric acid in body)
१. यूरिक एसिड बढ़ने के बाद अलग अलग joints में जमा हो जाता है। सबसे पहले हमारे पैर के अगूंठे में जमा होकर सूजन आ सकती है और वहा पे बोहोत ज्यादा दर्द हो सकता है। उसे Acute attack of Gout बोलते है।
२. यूरिक एसिड किडनी में भी जमा हो सकता है , जिसके वजहसे किडनी स्टोन की तकलीफ हो सकती है। अगर सही समय पे ध्यान नहीं दिया तो किडनी ख़राब भी हो सकती है।
क्या joint pain , uric acid के वजहसे होते है क्या ? (does uric acid causes joint pain)
आपने देखा ही होगा की बोहोत बार joint pain के लिए uric acid की जांच की जाती है और uric acid थोडासा भी ज्यादा आ जाता है तो उसकी दवाई शुरू की जाती है।
यह जानना जरुरी है की हर एक joint pain यूरिक एसिड के कारन नहीं होता। Uric acid का दर्द अंगूठे के पास शुरू हो जाता है और अचानक से सूजन आती है। बाकि जो शरीर में दर्द uric acid के वजहसे नहीं होता।
Other Causes of Uric Acid:
Uric Acid अपने शरीर के metabolic syndrome का भी भाग होता है। Metabolic syndrome मतलब शरीर का मोटापा , diabetes होना साथ में blood pressure की तकलीफ या cholesterol ज्यादा रहना। जिन लोगोंमें ये चीजे देखि जाती है उनमे uric acid की समस्या दिखाई देती है। तो उन्हें treatment केलिए अपना मोटापा कम करना पड़ता है , sugar और BP नियंत्रण में रखना है। इससे अपने आप uric acid कम हो जाता है , गोली खाने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ती।
Uric Acid, Foods to Avoid (How to reduce uric acid)
लोगोका का भ्रम होता है की uric acid केलिए खाने पे काबू रखना पड़ता है। ऐसी कोई बात नहीं है। अगर शाकाहारी हो तो आप सब चीज़े खा सकते है अगर आप मासाहारी हो तो red meat या fish कम करना है।
अगर कोई alcohol का सेवन करते है तो वह कम करना चाहिए और हो सके तो पूरा बंद करना है।
