Dave, I think TommyG forgot there for a minute lol! 😅😂
That's one of those experiences that could have been very bad, but turned out to be not so bad. Looking forward to your next adventure you post :)
Oh that is so true, Michele! In my head I was thinking about having to go back to the gas station and see what kind of help I could find... How much snow do you have? It is snowing here now...stop!! 😂
@@PurpleOnThree Depending on where you are in the state, different snow levels. Lots of rain too. We had about 6 inches but rain is getting rid of that. I think we had Spring in March, and now Winter in April LOL.
I guess you found your kicks on Route 66 🤣🤣🤣. Why would he ride into the sand? Bring a paddle tire on a rim next time lol
If you wanted to go around the bridge that was out you had to go through the sand wash... There were plenty of folks who tried it and never came back to the gas station so they obviously made it. They were even a couple guys from Quebec on lighter motorcycles who made it and we met up with them in Santa Monica ironically enough lol. If we hadn't gone that way we would have had the backtrack all the way back up to interstate 40. Tommy G is an adventure some type lol. 🤗💜
