it’s supposed to be, it was created for Overeem cause he was knocking out his sparring partners. it’s supposed to have as much padding up front as a 16 oz while being light enough for mma

@@olawaleaileru9495 we normally use regular 14oz Gloves. But Sometimes If we so combined techniques we Switch to mma gloves. All friendly sparring but IT was new to me so i didnt really understand how to use them correctly.

Yeah in boxing 16oz is the norm, they must be punching light otherwise it doesn’t matter if it’s 10oz, 10oz gloves in boxing are fight gloves lmao. They also have to worry about kicks and takedowns tho too.

Then that’s great as long as you’re able to control power which is amazing no need to change up what you’re doing but always go hard at least once a week to get a real feel for a fight just a suggestion not a expert at or anything I just do that cause we’ll wouldn’t you want to put your skills to the test every now and then?
