remember guys. always wear thigh highs for optimal leg warming, skirts for great ventilation, eyeliner for enhanced squinting abilities, foundation and bronzer so the screen light reflects away from your eyes preventing eye strain and a choker just because
what i like to do besides the top monitor at eye level is i get a ruler and make sure the center of the monitor is inline with the center of my body. i rarely have to flick because i play valorant but this made my flicks very very accurate
Yo man great video. just curious if you able to answer what arm sleeve is it your using in this video? I've been trying to find one similar with no luck.
How about I have a 72cm table, if I lower the chair, the shoulders shrink, if I raise the chair, my legs rise without touching the floor, even if I have good comfort with my shoulders, what do you recommend?
Hi @nibbleafrica Thank you for this video! i had chronical posture pain while working. I think to be high like you, can i know your workstation height? I would like also if you can the distance from chair and desk. Thank you in advice!
Does having a fat tummy make it impossible to do this? My arm is killing me I’m assuming it’s because I can’t get close enough to the desk where my arm can rest on the desk easily
@cryptiik9311 for the most part you always want to have your elbow at 90° and have relaxed shoulders, but you don't need to have your arm close to your body
I don’t really feel a difference where my legs are but even crossed it’s fine, I think the problem with my aim is when I try to aim I can’t but if I just let my hand do it, it aims, it’s really weird
Interestingly, I find it way easier to grip a controller to full effect while standing up--I played a ton standing up so that's my habit While sitting down, my tension just feels off and I grip the controller much more lazily I wonder how this influences KBM. It seems plausible that you would feel a bit more freedom of movement in your arms

At this point I have seen so many against the grain aim guide videos that I don't even know what a notmal aim guide is.
Joh I need this one. I hope that I can get better! 😤😤

I actually make my own arm sleeves. I just start off with a normal sleeve and then make the adjustments I want

What wrist rest are you using
isn’t better to have 90 degree arm posture like the L and closer to your body?
if your desk and chair allow you to do so
does it have to be accurate 90 degrees or more or less?
and how close is too close?
@cryptiik9311 for the most part you always want to have your elbow at 90° and have relaxed shoulders, but you don't need to have your arm close to your body
i do all this but my feet tip toe, i cant lower the desk but i think its oki
I would suggest getting a footstool
For some reason I find it is easier for me to aim when my legs are crossed. Does anyone else do that too?
