I figured this out a couple weeks ago, but I had no idea you could bring up the field range as a visible template, definitely going to use that in future! As always, thanks again for sharing your knowledge with me and your community! 👍
I'm having some issues with the doors not opening when the sensor is activated I've tried using buttons (with block groups) but when I press it the doors don't open Also it is the same build as yours but abit wider
First I'd check to see if the sensor is working, hook it to a light and put it to on and off in the field boxes. Check the door as well, is the light green on the door block.
@@Dwolfyone everything seems to be working but when the detection box appears and I go into it both the sensor and the doors lights go red but thanks for the advice and I'll try to fix it up later but for now I'm gonna work on the carrier(first time building a large ship)
@@Dwolfyone Im building in creative just to get used to the controls and ship build(played the first couple of scenarios) is the different mechanics from creative and survival
hold left bumper, press A on the first item you want to group. scroll down with dpad and press A on last item. go to Block group on right, name it and save it

Welcome to the game!
Did you post a vid about what dlcs are worth buying?
Not one vid, but every vid in my DLC showcase is pretty much the answer.
Aka: all of them. I bought the lot, even Warfare 1.
Thanks

@@gamingwithblokeh-z5159 if the sensor and door turn red, means they're off. Hmmm... Are you in Survival or Creative?

Am I alright to send you a xbox friend request to see the general idea of the ship
What if i just want to activate the door manually, how do i do that?
Same principle as any of my videos on assigning hangar doors to buttons.
nevermind, didn't power it, thought creative would give inf power, never played until now🗿
@@aalvarey I recommended checking out my New Player Guides playlist. Especially if you go into Survival.
Always pop a battery or some form of power onto the grid, you might find the newest vid I've done on power quite useful.
My brain can't comprehend how to do this like it won't group I don't know how to group like I don't know what button you press but bro
hold left bumper, press A on the first item you want to group. scroll down with dpad and press A on last item. go to Block group on right, name it and save it
Never mind I'm stupid I didn't see you press save
When doing a block group it can be easy to miss.
I like him he's very helpful is it ok to send a friend request Xbox one if not I'm saying thank you
