Idiot Plays Factorio - Part 114: Construction Robots

For your inserter stack problem, you can always limit your hand size. You dont really need to use stack inserter for everything, they are mainly used for load/unload or for high stack input product. For most of your assembler the blue fast one will be more than enough.
You can put the flooring into the blueprint with the TILE checkbox when you make the blueprint.
To input your robot you have the right way. With inserter but you need to put a wire connection from the input inserter to the roboport and read the number of robot in the network. That way you can limit the robot and not infinitly input more and more!

For the blueprint to include the tiles (concrete etc) you have to create the blueprint directly (with the blue button on your hotbar or in the blueprint itself) instead of using the copy function. Because then you get a checkbox for saving the tiles or not.
A little extra tip that maybe will be useful, is that you can right click in the preview window to toggle off certain stuff, useful if you have too much selected, or just want one particular item in the blueprint (altho after saving the blueprint it's gone from it)
And to your question in the end, yes, you need to insert the bots into the roboports. You can use circut wire on the robo port to read how many bots are in the whole connected network. So you don't clog it up with too many bots.

Just to let you know you forgot to put in installer at your train station so walls are not being loaded onto your train and also you forgot to upgrade one of these train stations the off-loading ones the bottom left diagonal one. I'm sorry can't really help with the bots situation I've not been playing that long either.
