Great video, very instructive. Watched it several times. Question, what is the typical distance these athletes run? Are they mid-distance runners, say 800 or 1.500 meter or long distance runners?
Good training but 2 problems. 1 the audio wasn't always very clear. 2 how does one get forward propulsion, ie running forward as opposed to running up & down ( which unfortunately I've been doing alot lately)? Thanks

I try but unfortunately I often end up leaning from my toes or worse from my head/chest. Any suggestions on how to fix it?Thanks.
