I love how you say if you can't connect to your earbuds then do a master reset by connecting your app to the earbuds. Obviously people are here because they cannot connect to the earbuds so how are they going to connect to the earbuds to master reset it?
@@tbrx296 So mine was doing this as well. And it was gunk clogging the metal screen. I have to pop off that metal screen and clean behind it. There is a little rubber piece in there too. I cleaned all that and put it back together. It's sealed in there with glue, so the negative is that it's loose afterwards but the rubber ear piece holds it in so doesn't just fall out. Guess you can put a little glue on the side to glue it back in but i've not had an issue with it since i cleaned it. Also to note, the reason the earbuds don't connect is because of the battery drained. If it drains down far enough, they won't charge. You will see people say that they keep putting the buds into the case over and over again and it starts working after a time. for what ever reason the battery is too dead to accept a charge. So what you are doing when you disconnect and connect them to the charger, is introduce an inrush current. Basically giving it a jump and forcing power into it. You do this over and over enough times and it give it enough power to now accept a charge. You can tell when you drop it in the case and you see the light come on, the go out. Keep doing it till the light doesn't go out. Then you know it's getting a charge and it will show up in a bluetooth scan after a few min and you'll see it register and start to show it's real charge in the wear app.
Are u kidding ? My buds are not connecting with any sumsung phone or sumsung wearables but it connects with my iphone as well what should I i do I can’t reset them cause not connecting with my wearables

For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
