One note for you Peeva, the reason the head is best kept out of the unit is not only for bodily temperature control and keeping your head from overheating, but by keeping the head out, it also helps to lessen blood flow to the head which helps keep liberated toxins from being deposited into sensitive areas like eyes, lymphatics, head/brain, etc.
I'd love to hear what effects you've noticed from it so far!
Any specific benefits you've felt like improved energy, better skin, improved digestion, improved sleep, lessened pain, improved exercise recovery, etc?
    Thanks for the video!

@@lilpeeva Well leave it to me to go with the "more is better" mentality because I went straight to the 170 degree temp and stayed in for 40 minutes, lol.
I was instructed to work my way up to 20-40 minute sessions as tolerated as I should be experiencing the sweating phase for 8-15 minutes.
Well it took me a solid 15-20 minutes before I really started sweating and then I decided "hey, I feel ok, let's go right for the 15-20 minutes of sweating then".
I'm a slow learner, lol. Or a masochist..... Or an idiot.... one of those.
I think I just wanted to get results faster as I've dealt with my issues for so long now I'm impatient.
At least I'm also hydrating properly and taking in trace minerals and the like to replace the good stuff that's lost.

Please cite scientific studies that confirm your claims here? All the $5000+IR sauna units fully enclose you in them and have no reports of what you claim, These units are considered the gold standard of IR saunas as well. The full body units are used by professional detox programs such as Dr. Root's 'Detoxinated', who has done a meticulous job recording scientific studies of his work which were submitted to state and federal medical boards for approval. Dr. Root was hired by federal agencies to treat thousands of 9/11 first responders who were poisoned from World Trade Center exposure as well as DEA law enforcement officers poisoned by chemical exposures in their line of work. His protocol uses high doses of niacin combined with full body IR sauna and intense mineral replacement. Dr. Deithrich Klinghardt also has a very detailed scientific body of work emphasizing the importance of decongesting/detoxing the glymphatics and venous system of the head and brain using manual procedures, sauna and well as chemical chelation. Klinghardt has one of the highest cure rates of autism and Lyme disease in the world. You should absolutely be detoxing your brain too, not leaving the toxins in it. This is why binders must be used multiple times daily(Root uses Zeolite & Charcoal, Klinghardt prefers Chlorella & Zeolite).

Great review. I really appreciated it. When you got inside all the way you said there was a flap on top. I’m interested in knowing if that flap comes with the product or not. I’m only 5’7” as and can fit in there. That was kind of my goal. I just want to understand how that top open area for the head can be sealed. If you do decide to be inside 100%, thanks so much!

I have been gifted a brand new one of these by a very dear friend! He uses his one regularly. He was given one of these by his dear friend too ! He found it amazingly helpful in his healing process through a cardiac and diabetes journey.
I am 68 and sadly not sylphlike, but will enjoy the other effect that may come with using this far red therapy in so much as weight loss! I have fibromyalgia and sjogrens syndrome ( plus other autoimmune problems) so I do experience fatigue and pain often. I am eager to see if this helps me.
I don't want to take steroids or constant pain relief regularly; so far I am keeping on top of the symptoms using vitamins and supplements plus meditation, but it is so hard at times - especially staying positive as stress exacerbates the symptoms. A mean feat these days!
I am so excited to begin using this to help me on my healing journey too. If I find it helpful, I too hope one day to be able to continue the gifting theme, as they say what goes around comes around!

Ive been using mine for about a month and am in love with it. Usually do between 30 minutes and an hour. I recently bought the floor cushion from therasage and its great becaise of the added back support. Im just wondering if youve found it necessary to wear eye protection? I havent found any conclusive information some say its harmless on your eyes and actually benefits your eyes, while others says it can cause cataracts. I ordered some eye protection but I was wondering how your exoerience has been aince youve had it for a while now. Theres no going back im sitting inside everytime!

@@theroadie08 one of the best investments into my health that ive ever made, hands down. I bought the floor seat that therasage makes and it works great for sitting inside of it. I've since started looking into investing some more money into building my own, using quality components of course - so that I can have a walk in sauna and do stretches/light calestenics while im inside. Im gifting this to a family member when I get to that point. All in all I highly recommend this unit, worth every dang penny!

This unit is advertised as being non toxic and having no VOCs. I personally can attest to the fact that compared against say new vinyl air mattresses and the like, this has basically no smell at all whereas as new inflatable air mattress has a very strong smell! This unit does have a slight smell of being new but it's not the strong toxic scent of vinyl or other similar materials.
