Online it says it's an infrared sauna, but on the actual unit it says it's a dry heat sauna. So which is it? These are two different types of saunas.

@@hershilparekh8654 After sending emails back and forth for a while, I was finally told that I indeed had an infrared sauna. Hope this helps. It was a bugger to get the answer.

Are you still using it? Have you ever gotten an "Er" message on the control? My user manual doesn't say anything about this and I can't figure out if I can reset it or not.
