    For anyone that’s having a hard time falling asleep a little science but deliberate heat exposure a few hours before bed requires your body to put in more work to cool down your core temperature which is a great way to signal your bodies with indicators that it’s time to go to bed.

    I have had this sauna for a few years now and i highly recommend laying a thin towel over the chair so the sweat goes more into the towel then the chair. I also lay a towel under my feet as sweat drips a lot to that area as well. Then can simply wash the towels accordingly and put back.

    Hey! I have this one, and use a bath towel in the chair to absorb sweat., headband to catch water from head, and I remove towel after each use, and spray with disinfect to keep from stinking. I don't use the foot pad.

    I go this last week, used it three times. The last 2 times I just sat on the bottom, no chair, head inside and it was way hotter and I sweat way more.
    I didn't like sitting in it as it supposed to be used with your head sticking out because I am too all and it sits on my shoulders. I'm only 5'9", but I also noticed it heated up way faster when I sat on the floor. Just hard to sit very comfortably, but I'm sure if you're only 5'5" it would be perfect.

    • @ppvplug3940
      @ppvplug3940 3 роки тому +4

      Yes, I don’t know if you work out or not (that’s none of my business) but after a good workout at night I usually use a sauna which relaxes me and then I shower, which helps me sleep a lot smoother. You can definitely use the sauna at night before showering, I wouldn’t recommend it everyday though. 3 times a week is solid. Unless you drink tons of water to replenish all the sweat you’re gonna lose in the sauna.
