I wait for these podcasts more than anything else, just amazing what you are bringing to the table. Many people are doing these but no one is close to you.
I very rarely comment on youtube videos but I want to say this. Quality of your podcasts is a level above any others I've listened to. So keep them coming!
Finding a great cofounder who always has your back and you can share anything with him/her seems so underrated. So insightful to hear Rohit n Shantanu discuss topics like these.
Very good interview, Rohit is so down to earth, sorted and after watching him it feels like anyone can be entrepreneur if they can enjoy what they do. Shantanu I like your ability to genuinely ask question and appreciate the response when you like it, keep doing it, kudos to you.
I have never seen any entrepreneur being so much wholesome and giving importance to basic things in life, majority of Enterpreneur just portray themselves running behind a goal snd nothing else in life
@shantanu - I am part of the TG that has come here after having watched all the snippets on Instagram. At first, they were fed to me, then I followed, then I searched for it and now I am here. Loved these podcasts and even S2. Last but not the least, I think Rohit Bansal is hands down my favourite person to listen to. Can't think of the last time I heard one single person talk for 2 hours straight. Calm, plain and simple and never losing of sight of 'Oh! I was just fortunate' (could easily brag about most things he spoke about). Brilliant!
Shantanu your passion for bringing out astounding & candid emotions and information from your guests is admirable. Thanks for doing this for the community ❤ Loved to hear and know more about Rohit Bansal and his entrepreneurial journey. Looking forward to listening SACHIN BANSAL, he’s been building in silence since long time. You can get it done for your listeners and entrepreneurs. More power to you 🎉
Hi Shantanu ! I just got to know about your channel today, you have nearly 35.8K subscribers, from my experience of behavioural science in business I can say with confidence, “you will gain nearly million subscribers before the ending of the next year 2023.
Shantanu, All good stuff. Just one quick feedback - you often refer to 'by now I would have become a partner at McKinsey.' I know you mention it in the context of opportunity cost, but it unintentionally paints an arrogant picture of you at times. The world knows by now that you worked with McKinsey and while you might consider it worth highlighting in your conversations, it's getting quite repetitive - drop that line.
@@shantanudeshpande Indeed. If I could use this opportunity to make one more request, and that is - most of your questions trigger from a sense of genuine curiosity to learn about the guest's jouney as an entrepreneur/founder, which I am sure is of immense value to you and aspiring founders/entrepreneurs. There is a section of your audience (like me), who don't have the ideas, courage, time, interest or appetite to become founders and entrepreneurs. Frankly, I am here because I don't know if I will ever get an opportunity to meet and hear such brilliant minds, so frequently and upclose. Could you have a standard question asked at the end of every interview from your guests - "What are the top three books would you recommend our audiences must read, and why?'
I just wanna ask one question, I might be wrong too.. As far as I've seen 90% of the individual who starts a business are from IIT / IIM, it's gives people that freedom to do cz if the fail to start a business then anyway they have a degree from IIT where they can go back and get a package of 50 Lakhs or a crore maybe. Can a common man who is a salaried person with a package of 7-8 LPA can start a business without the same fear that these IIT / IIM guys do..?

The freedom that money brings with it must be such a special high that almost everyone who comes on the podcast mentions it in some manner
Call sambhav jain (founder of fampay) we would like to know how it's like in early stage startup
You can watch him on the podcast figuring out that was a decent interview.

Fair point. It’s top ot mind for me, so it comes out a lot. And it’s true.
I’d rather be honest and perceived arrogant than dishonest and humble. :)
