Great. Might want to avoid the $11 "Street Brass Classic" Zippos. I just ran a test on either side of one and on both sides, the finish bubbled up, even after I lowered the power and increased the speed to the point the design was barely visible. Unfortunately, I bought 4 of them... $45 lesson learned.
Make sure to mention the wattage of your laser and what lens you are using. It really helps newbies :)

The height of the jig has no importance. This jig was set up for wallets that I was doing prior that required a gap because they have a money clip and would not sit flat otherwise. Rather than removing everything it was easier to just move one row of blocks.

I scrubbed them all with a magic eraser. It is recessed into the coating.
