LOVE this. I have a Xtool D1 and have had it for over a year, I finally got it up and running now I am just experimenting with the settings. Your projects are always adorable and I have purchased several items from you, thanks so much for all the inspiration. Would love it if you did an Xtool project, pretty please? I love the idea of using a roller and putting them in plastic bags, what a great idea!
Aw Thanks Lisa! We have some xTool projects coming up. We want to use it for a furniture makeover. Show us what you're making with your xTool! Thanks! ~garrett
So rewatch it she got paint on her left sleeve when you guys were doing the back side. Lol I’m posting this comment before the videos done so you may say it at the end lol all in fun guys good job
This is a really cute sign. For those that don't have saws and nailers to cut and screw the supports down, this 1 x 12 is a great option. Think you really nailed this one....pun intended....LOL🤣🤣🤣 Have a great weekend.
This week has been off schedule due to kid events. We go live every other Tuesday at 6pm EST, the other Tuesdays are What Happening Around The Shop and Fridays at 9am are for DIY Videos. Thanks, Re ee! ~garrett
God im so excited to get this machine, my business has taken off to insane new heights and my xtool cant keep up anymore, need something that can cut a lot quicker and it looks nicer too! ;)
The first coat deal reminds of something that happened between My grandpa and his son my uncle ....they had a coat mine in West Virginia and one day as they was pushing out .a cart of coal...just the 2 of them and my grandpa says some SOB isn't pushing..and it's not me lol..my uncle pushed harder.
I'm looking to buy the OMtech Polar.. what did you guys use for smoke control/ air filtration? I have a workspace inside like yours.. would like to know how you vented this machine. Thanks!
Do you make projects anymore without use of the glowforge? I don't have one use to watch your channel for projects but not now you only use the glowfoge
It does pretty good as long as it's not directly in the rain. I have a few test signs out in the back parking lot, uncovered just bathing in the rain and sun. The oldest sign out there is from Last August and it did loose a few little pieces, but you don't notice until you get closer. We use Outdoor House paint to help seal them. Thanks! ~garrett
Yes! We started making all of the rounds 16". For this gnome, you may have to shirk it a smidgen to get the hat to fit. The hat is a little over 17". Thanks, Tammy! ~garrett
Hi! Thank you for all the awesome tutorials. We actually just purchased the polar based on your positive feedback with the machine but having some difficulties. We've tried so many times to setup to replicate certain projects but doesn't work so easily as you guys did. Is there a way to contact you
This is great. I want to make one! What if you use the contact paper from the dollar tree instead of the painters tape to hold your pieces down while you paint them? It seems it might be less cost but not sure. Your thoughts? 😊
Great Idea! We totally want to try it, but we forget about it any time we are in Dollar Tree. We need to make a trip just for that. Thanks Cindy! ~garrett
Soooo.... Yeah.. This one was sugested to me right after watching the froopland episode from Rick and Morty.... Yep.... This thumbnail seems wrong as heck.
You guys are literally a source of inspiration 😊

Thanks, Sherri! ~garrett
A suggestion on how to make smaller baggies. You can use a soldering tool to cut/seal the sandwich baggies into 2 smaller bags.
Great IDEA! You always have great ideas! Thanks Lialh! ~garrett

How does the MDF hold up outside?

No top coat? Won’t last in the weather but it will look good for a short while.
Replay. love the gnome.
Thank you, Margarita! ~garrett
Love all your videos and projects. Can any of these be cut with an xtool DI Pro?

Garrett, When we try to cut a circle, we can only cut it 14”, should we be able to cut bigger?

"Adequetly" (on the sign) -- did I miss something in the video referencing this? Like the new dimensions and design.
I like it
Thanks, Carol! ~garrett
What do you do if the paint gets on the sides of the pieces? Do you just let it be, or do you also paint the sides?
This is very cute
Thanks Anne!

Will this file be available for Patreons? 🤞
Yes! It will be up there this morning! ~garrett
My laser isn't very big (Flux Beamo) and it doesn't use lightburn. Is there a work around?
The SVGs should still work. I don't know the cutting area of the beamo but I am sure you could rearrange it or shrink it slightly. Thanks! ~garrett
@Kim and Garrett make it it's 8 x 12. Thanks!
Where did you got the bottles for paint?? Could you include a link please
They have them listed in the description I believe
May I kindly ask if this would fit on a 7.5x48 inch board?
I’ve been thinking about getting the xtool d1 and this is the first I’ve heard of this laser. Do you prefer it over the xtool?
We've really liked this one~
Have they ever explained how they got started doing this as a business?
yes Kim was already crafty and Garrett was I believe laid off during covid. His background is graphic design so they started this and it took off.
Hey, great job! That sums it up pretty well! Thanks, Friend! 😃 ~garrett
@@debbieanderson398 thanks that explains it well - appreciate the response

Yo bro, make something manly all these laser chanels are all femmi.
Hey Carlos! Kim picks our projects and she isn't very manly. If I had my way, everything would be BMX or bike related. Thanks! ~garrett
