To be fair, the Capital building itself is a living document to American legal systems. Destruction of it in any capacity should be considered as attacking government property.
I keep thinking that We, the People, have failed in our responsibility to elect responsible resentatives and senators. As the saying goes, we live in a democracy if we can keep it. Come on, People, WAKE UP and do your duty!

The speaker wants to ignore many partisan moves by the court. We don't know the immunity case was already decided on Friday?? Right, they're going to finalize their opinions over the weekend. The delay they caused was intentional. Call a duck a duck!

Got a question with the Enron case: will the current tendency to overturn precedence increase frivolous lawsuits or cases being brought to the SCOTUS to try to have a law overturned that you don't like in hopes of reversing said unliked law?? Why bother with stere decisis if the court is just gonna overturn something later on anyway?? Thanks!!
