How I Reversed My Age 8 Years with AI

- For the past year, I've been reversing my age with AI and in this video, i'll show you how I do it so that you can do the same but for FREE using Python, PyTorch, Bing AI, and Open Source Health data. We'll make 3 version of our age predictor, one without machine learning, one with machine learning, and one with modern deep learning. I was inspired to do this when i first read the Harvard Geneticist Dr David Sinclair's book LifeSpan. Aging is the loss of information over time, we can use data and algorithms to be help retain that information by making healthy decisions. I hope this video inspires you to use AI to improve your own biological age. Enjoy!

Cool video. You said you memorized CpG sites using bing. I am curious what your actual prompt to memorize it was. Did you just ask a bunch of questions about CpG sites, or did you do something else like ask for flash cards, multiple-choice, true/false, short answer, interactive quiz, matching, fill in the blank, roleplay (talking cpg site, student, tutor, or scientist), mnemonic devices, memory map stories, crosswords, hangman, analogies, jeopardy, dialogue of arguing scientists, python code...

I don't know if I missed it. How exactly did you reverse your age 8 years with AI?? And then you said you would go through 3 different models but ultimately I think you skipped through much of that or at least did not show what models you used. Interesting content for sure, but wish you went a little deeper. It was all a bit too fast pace for me.
Lifestyle changes. I measured my age, then ate better, slept longer, and exercised more. I think I cut it too short you’re right, I’ll definitely go deeper next time

I wished to see decent gradient suggestions what to change to have younger age. like local queries on each blood markers. what to change to be younger like you suggested at the beginning of the video but did not fulfilled the promise
My lifestyle changes at the end of the video address this: I ate healthier, fasted, slept more, and continued exercising. In terms of a healthier diet, I chose Mediterranean, because my blood markers showed deficiencies in calcium, vitamin D, and albumin. This diet has foods rich with those specific markers. But see the blue zone study, different culture of centenarians have different diets, but they all share one thing in common - strong community, which reduces stress. Lots more to say, thanks for watching!

Why use Bing AI instead of ChatGPT? Is Bing AI better at something?
It’s better at one thing for sure, finding and parsing post-2021 GitHub repositories to help create MVPs. ChatGPT still isn’t trained on data post-2021. In general, I use both now and compare results. I like ChatGPTs speed though. Maybe I should do a dedicated comparison video
