Thanks Roy... Tell your brother we all said hello !
Where is Paul? Says "Paul Harrell" channel.
@@guyfawkesuThe1 sick
@@guyfawkesuThe1 He's got cancer and doesn't make videos anymore.
They ain't brothers.
@@adamshaw8214he said they are
"Prepare for the worst conditions so you can have the best results" man I really dig that Roy
Praying for paul and family. Best wishes
Miss you Paul! But your brother is a wonderful substitute!
temporary replacement !
@@karlschuman7464 That would be quite glorious.
@@karlschuman7464 that’s what a substitute means lol
Will surprise me if this Roy makes it. I quit after watching this terrible episode...Hope Paul is doing best as can be though.

Jeers to you!
In my book you are a quiter, and looser.
You are deserting the fan army, and abandoning ship as soon as the waves get up a little!
Roy is not Paul. He is not a professional actor. BUT, he IS coming along, and certainly has the background to have big value in the future!
Roy, rock on brother! I got your six!
Roy’s getting great at this I love how he’s making an effort to emulate and pay homage to his brothers humor, while still being himself. Happy with the change.
This is what I’d imagine Roy & Paul’s backyard looked like when they were kids
Including Pop Tarts on hand.
We appreciate the content! Thanks for keeping the channel going guys.
Comment for Paul and the algorithm. Love ya Paul.
Thanks for keeping the channel going! Failure to feed in a round designed for dangerous game is a hard no. A FTF will get you killed.
In that gun, other makes and models they may be fine.
I think it's the way he's handling the firearm. My g21 never had an issue. He's letting the muscle swing way up. It will have a simpler effect to limp wristing with these types of rounds.
@Tacteyecool Hard to say... I have a box of these that have been on the shelf for a couple years, might have to try em in my G21 and maybe a 1911, see how they go. My glock is a much less picky eater than my 1911, so if the bullet shape or some such is stopping the glock, I'd bet my 1911 won't like em either.
@@fruitfarmfords8243could also be a mag issue have some 180 gr rounds that feed fine in an xten and xdm elite 3.8 compact but you cant load them into a glock mag
I'm guessing the 45 is the g21
You're settling into the presenting gig really well Roy! Must be very nerve wracking to pick up but you're absolutely nailing it! Much love to all!
Nailing it? No. He needs to pay more attention to camera angles. Has he ever even watched a meat target video?
@@craigbenz4835kinda negative aren’t ya? I think he’s doing great with personality and presentation for someone who is very unfamiliar with this platform in general.
@@craigbenz4835 Getting better every video, not the time for it dude!
@@craigbenz4835 Please O sage, show us mere mortals how it is to be done. _Lighten up, Francis._
@@Wortnik You're right. I'm reacting to "nailed it." I don't want to heap false praise leading to complacency.
Roy - so happy you're carrying on the family tradition with these videos. Please pass along our prayers for Paul - he is good people.
To wear Paul's shoes you must have a lot of courage Roy, and as we all can see you don't lack any of the stuff
Roy, you are doing a fine job carrying on the Harrell brother's tradition. Many prayers for Paul, as always.
Stay safe. Thank you for a very informative video.
Thank you, I will
Prayers Paul. As someone who’s been battling cancer for the past year, I understand my friend. Keep the faith 🙏🏻👏👍🇺🇸
Thanks Paul. Thanks Roy.
I am a simple man. I see Paul Harrell and I press play.
Me too! But Damn 😒
@@Alvan81I know what you’re saying.🤷♂️
Same here
Yeah this comment wasn't overdone 5 years ago. Come up with your own material.
@@Alvan81That's very encouraging of you. Way to get the most mileage out of what you have.
I'm so glad the 10mm is finally getting popular.
PAUL HARRELL THE 🐐
Good stuff, Roy!
You're getting better in front of the camera every video!
There is absolutely a marked difference every video. Roy is a fast learner
I'm really impressed with how you are improving with each video, Roy! Keep up the grind, and it'll be second nature to you in no time!
Roy, we appreciate you taking the time to make these videos. You’re doing a great job. We’re praying for Paul.
Video suggestion: Good rifle and shotgun slings that you and Paul like. I think a sling is a underrated piece of equipment
I second this. I've also bought way too many slings that I hate. The good news is that I have a giant box of slings now, so it's really easy for all of my weapons to have something even if it's less than ideal. It also means that when one of my kids comes to me and says that they want to swing on their rifle, I can just reach into the box and hand them one.
Hi Roy,one thing for sure it does take care of a bungee cord! Nice to see the meat target. Say hey to Paul please. And Roy thank you and the crew for all your hard work and time Sir. We appreciate keeping Paul's channel going!👍
Comment for Paul.
Right you are CFABN! As faithful as we've been to Paul all though the years, and Roy not giving us just a bit of an update is far and unfair.....I personally have un-subbed to this channel, simply for that fact....Still concerned, and care how Paul is doing, but as far as I'm concerned, will surprise me if Roy makes carrying his legacy on....I'm done with him...Peace all
@@dannydoughboy120 - What kind of update do you want? "He's sick today." "He threw up after chemo today." Hey, we all know that Paul is sick, and it is a horrible disease, but there aren't day by day changes that are going to change anyone's day by knowing his status each day.
Three years ago, my brother died of COVID. After the hospital sedated him and intubated him, my sister was sending texts every few hours the first day or two, like something was going to change. Then it was a few times a day for about a week. Finally it got to where she sent daily updates.
It wore the entire family down.
And did you ever consider that Paul doesn't want updates sent every day or a couple times each week? I'm sure he is having enough issues dealing with all of it, without thinking about how each of us will react to the daily update. Last summer, he didn't even want to tell us, until it was becoming so noticeable, there was no hiding the problem. Let the man have some respect and dignity, to handle this how he wants to deal with it, and just let him know we still support him.
Thanks Roy, good test. It's good to see at least one manufacturer loading 10mm to a closer weight and fps as the original loads that appeared in the late '80's. I suspect the pressures that get those bullets to those speeds are a fair bit above those now listed in load data in general. A steady diet of the BB ammo will likely cause some equipment failure in all but the most robust frames. That ws the issue with the original loads, no one built a strong enough pistol except for one company and they folded due to some bad business decisions. Manufacturers waited a couple of decades and reintroduced the 10mm loaded to 38,000 psi . Most are a +P .40 S&W equivalent today (they won't tell you all that as the 10mm is the trendy cartridge now) A 200gr bullet at 1250fps was standard back then, not so much now. An excellent cartridge when loaded to it's potential.
What a way to break in the meat target Roy, 10mm and 45 ACP from Buffalo Bore! Great work by you and the crew 👍👍
Please pass along our prayers and support to Paul and the rest of the family. God Bless.
Thanks 👍
Great Job Roy we appreciate all you do. Praying for Paul.

Roy, you're doing well! Thanks for keeping this going!
All Hail the Harrell's.
Roy, your growth as an on-camera personality in just 10 videos is impressive to say the least. Keep up the good work.
That isn't an easy thing for many people. My grandpa was a ham radio operator and I spent a lot of time with him on the air. I also had a CB in the car like many and talked on the road. But my first day on-air at the college radio station, I flipped the switch to go live with the news and weather after several records and I froze. My mouth moved and nothing came out. I hit a cart real quick, grabbed a drink from the water fountain, and tried again. Just knowing that potentially there were hundreds or thousands listening to me was enough to give me that momentary stage fright. Roy knows there are a million plus subscribers, most of who will watch this in a day or two of releasing it, and that puts a strain knowing how many he is talking to.
He is coming along well, and better than many could, especially when you know he has the burden of Paul being sick and many here comparing his every move to Paul.
Keep up the good work, Roy.
Nice night for a video, keep em coming Roy
For hunting I'll take the 10mm and for personal defense the 45acp.
Thanks for your efforts ROY to keep the channel going.
Nice new chronograph and it's always fun when the meat target's involved! Keep up the great work, Roy, and give our best to Paul!
It is admirable to see you taking the helm with Paul’s channel, and it seems as though you’re feeling more comfortable in front of the camera. You even busted out “The Meat Target”, which is something that I believe Paul liked doing a lot. I sincerely hope that your brother is fighting hard and fairing better, because a lot of people do beat cancer. Keep up the great work Roy, you’re filling the shoes well. 👍 Paul loves shooting, You love shooting, and of course everyone here watching loves shooting!!

I can tell you're getting more comfortable Roy. Keep up the good work
Glad to see Roy getting comfortable! Now just make sure you carry on the thanksgiving videos! We appreciate you Roy!
This certainly don't look comfortable to me....Kind words will not carry this channel.
@@dannydoughboy120 Nah, he's definitely talking less rigidly than he was before. Just takes a little time to take on such a big legacy. If Paul recovers, god-willing, I'm still hoping to see more of Roy as well
Roy this is a good video. Thank you for the good data. Keep up the good work.
Thank you, Roy, for stepping up. Paul, for whatever it might be worth, I'm still pulling for you.
Keep at it Roy ✊🏻
I missed a few videos, and when I come back, the improvement in Roy's delivery is impressive.
Still.enjoyimg the channel.
Keep it up!
Wow, the channel is definitely in good hands. Good job!
Great job Roy! Very greatfull your keeping the channel going. Prayers for Paul.
Two spicy offerings today. I'm intrigued.
Paul, you are the man! Roy you’re doing a great job!
Those heavier-recoiling rounds require a stronger recoil spring to function reliably. Glock uses the same spring weight for their .45 and 10mm offerings: 17 pounds. Having dealt with that issue personally....an upgraded 19-21lb recoil spring solves all of those issues. The stock guns are designed for basic factory ammo offerings. Granted, the higher spring rates cause issues for anemic factory offerings, particularly with 10mm. 10mm Glocks are so lightly sprung that they can typically function just fine with 40 s/w. If you want the hot stuff.....more spring pressure is needed. The gun itself will have no issue with it.
I can only assume the same is true for the hot .45 loads, though I have no direct experience there.
First appearance of Roy with the Meat Target!
The Meat Target is back :) Thanks Roy! We are looking forward to more great videos.
Roy has inherited the jones cap.
The circle is complete.
Just needs the jacket
Roy bringing the Pop Tarts and the Meat Target! Well done! Prayers for a miraculous healing for brother Paul.

You're doing a great job with the channel. Always informative.
Great video as always, thank you Roy and Paul!
I’m loving these informative videos from Roy!
Thanks Roy, I've often wondered if 45 ACP with a decent solid bullet and +P loading would do for black bear defence if it was the only big bore you had, now I feel a bit more confident that it would work if required. Prayers for Paul too.
I watched a hunter take a black bear with this ammo in 45 acp. The round performed well. Complete penetration. The bear didnt stop fighting the dogs though until the CNS shot, which was the fifth shot. The bear was 250 lbs.
