Pablo is my ultimate bias. . But i love them all. But Pablo caught my eyes from the very beginning.. not about his look but his personality and his voice.. i cant explain the feeling everytime i hear his voice.. his voice is so rich and flavorful 😆
I have said it once, I'll say it a thousand times: Pablo is that guy all the voice teachers point at and say. "Sing like him". His vocal technique is perfect. He can do falsetto, runs, growls, belts... his vibrato positioning and use is flawless, too. He can rap like nobody's business, too. The guy knows his instrument and he has learned how to exploit it.
Pau is a man of substance. Members point to him as the most romantic, more experienced. I once had a glance of his girlfriend & him frolicking in a river and he seems to be taking care of his girl a lot. Ideal man, bf & husband material❤. Don't get me wrong 😅 i'm a 63 year old granny.
Why do I love Pablo? Because he is a good person first before he is a good artist. I think his heart has this big capacity to love and empathize that's why we can see it in the way he composes, the way he sings his heart out, and the way he commands excellence in everything he does.
Pau is my bias. The brains, the work ethic, the leadership skills, and despite of this the HUMILITY. To add: his faith in the true God, his purpose & direction to his goals were emulated by the members. I could go on ... a lot. These from the 63 Yr old granny. 👌
Just found out about SB19 more than a month ago and got hooked into watching Pablo’s stuff on youtube that I stream daily for more than 8 hrs. I will never get tired of listening and watching him. He’s blessed by GOD with talents and good attitude. His voice is unique like an autotune is automatically attached to it. His compositions are excellent out of norms, a Music genius, leader, composer, performer, total package. I chose the whole package Pablo(composer, singer and rapper). Filipinos love singing, it is in our DNA, & it is a multi-generational thing. For decades, we've had singing contests from nat'l level o even the smallest of villages we call the barangays. This love of music is also commonly seen when somebody has a birthday party in most families, esp the elder ones where the whole clan plus friends, 3 generations singing by the karaoke, from gen x to gen z, maybe even the younger boomers.. Pablo must have heard his parents or grandparents singing "can't help fallin..." (Elvis P.), then saw a video where Stell is talking about & imitating how his grandpa sings "My Way" (F. Sinatra), and saw an interview of Ken mentioning he would evolve with the music even if it goes back to the "green, green grass of home" era (Tom Jones/Engelbert Humperdinck). These are all 60s songs. Obviously heard fr their grandparents, parents or uncles. . Fils are very musical and love ballads especially sentimental, very melodious music. Add Whitney H. Mariah, Celine D. James Ingram, Brian McKnight, Boyz 2 men, ballads from select rock bands, our own OPM esp 80s-90s - these have been among the more enduring ones up to now that people sing. Would be glad for SB19 to add to these legacy music esp their ballads eventually. Really loving pabken btw. Have just discovered SB19 a month ago fr a reactor (have always been western jazz, R&B, alternative/rock/ballads for me, Latin, select OPM, never pop except MJ) and got pleasantly surprised. Am taking in their history and have been watching your RVs from the start up to most recent to trace their journey. Really rooting for them. TY.

I love Pablo for his talents (singing, rapping, composing, leading) but also for how he thinks. If that makes any sense.😂 He covered Paramore's Turn It Off which was stunning. Lead singer Hayley Williams gave him a shout out! It made me want to hug him. On your own time please watch his older solo sessions. You'll be amazed.

Pablo's my bias since I started stanning SB19 (though I love them all). What I love about him is firstly his beautiful mind -how he creates his masterpieces. Second, because he has a beautiful heart -a family man (his priority is always his family), a man of God as evidenced by his lyrics (he always include God in most of his lyrics), does not like to be the center of attention (he'd rather have his co-members have the spotlight), how he's super appreciative with all the fan's support/effort (like.. when he wears every gift he's gotten). I also love his duality, like how he's super cute or sassy at one point and then super badass during performance. Also, would you like to see how he writes the lyrics for their song? They've got a vids how they created their song for pandemic "Ikako" it started on how he wrote it, to vids with the other members recording their parts to the whole song. There was once an interview that they asked how did he come up with their Gento. He said it seemed like he heard a "gento gento" with a bit of tune. He wrote the chorus first without tune yet. He said sometimes sirens also can give a bit of tune that he can record some ideas from it so they can use it for the next project. That is some level of being ahead of other musician. 😍
PINUNO is aptly titled. He leads and does it all. The What? acoustic version happened because he lost a challenge that day. I cannot ask for a better consequence than a song reworked on the spot by Pablo himself.
