@@cheesun124 ya the comment was about brand new cars. Dealers were marking their new car prices up nearly 30-50% in 2021 and 2022. You can always find a good used car deal somewhere which is the smart decision. My 23 MY RWD was the first car I bought new in a long time, but I got $4.7k off inventory model plus the $7.5k tax credit making it a no brainer. Too bad they don’t have discounts anymore on the inventory models.
Nothing to do with the car itself but bad timing of buying a car. No different than buying some stock that its price goes up and down. Some people sold theirs car for higher than they bought it for,.
Depreciation and insurance are the only bad parts of owning a Tesla. Either way it's still the best car for the money. It's incredibly fun to drive. I have the 2023 MYP and highly recommend it.
@DennisCW 2nd paragraph said she paid FULL PRICE, BUT 5th Paragraph says she still owes $36,000? Article isn't making sense. So did she or did she not finance the vehicle?
Anyone that bought a brand new car in 2021 is regretting their decision. 2021 was literally the worst year to buy a car in car buying history.
Brought a 2017 rx350 in 2021 before all of the madness started. Don’t regret it.

@@MrRo004 thanks, I missed that
No one making 400k a year should be regretting a 70k car purchase! 😅
