Great Job! Many of us "Down South" have all fantasized about playing Huck Finn on many of our great Rebel Rivers. Trouble is, we can't afford a Houseboat. This raft is Perfect! Thanks!
Nice outing. The unique purring sound of that Evinrude triggered some strong memories. My Daddy was a freshwater commercial fisherman and took me with him a lot when I was a teenager. We used gill nets and battled extreme elements sometimes when financial demands required that we risk the danger. The peaceful, beautiful intervals between adverse weather and work were fun. That life gets in one's blood...my Daddy stayed with it until he was too old to handle the hard work and bad weather.

This one of the coolest ideas I've seen you in a long time Steve 👍. Down here in Florida we could spend the night on the lake and dead middle of winter with a rig like that.

Interesting. Ordinarily, propane is a bad idea on boats, because it's heavier than air, and collects in the bottom. But with a platform boat like that it works. Cool.
I can't tell you how much of your content I've watched in the last 3 weeks, but let me tell you....I'm hooked. Seriously....something about what you do and how you do it, keeps me wanting more! Great stuff! More stealth camping!

Don't tie to the float. Slip strap through float handle then tie strap end to your boat. That way if the lake gets rough and choppy you just untie from your deck and you are away, easy, safe....
Looks like a fun rig! People will think you are an assault duck blind. One question - which end is the poop deck? Its a long way to shore when nature calls. A hassock style portable toilet is very handy - use the type without the chemicals - just disposable bag with a good absorbent in it. Not elegant but very handy or go the full "humanuer" system.
