I just looked up Soula, and it looks like she's still in business in a different location. Glad she's still out there doing her thing. She and her husband were so lovely in this video. 💜
This is great !! So happy to see these "old school" Dan Bell videos remastered. Also, your music choices are always spot on, they take us right back to that era !! Thank you !!
Another amazing remastered video. I felt so bad for George and Soula when I first saw this video originally hoping they were still in business. I always wondered what happened to them. Looks like they are still going strong in a different location. Thank you so much Dan for remastering these videos. Looking forward to many more.
Easily one of my favorite videos yours! Especially including the song "Up Where We Belong". One of my favorite Kmart in-store audio offerings had an instrumental version of this song. No wonder this video struck a nerve with me.
Dan you are the greatest. Love the dead mall series and most of all love ADR. I go back when I’m in a crappy mood and rewatch your videos always makes my happy.
Shocked Dan doesnt have more views on videos and more descriptions really does his research and gives updates to. They seem like very nice people gave us alot of insight into mall before collapse
I remember visiting this mall almost every weekend, my family would go to the Chinese restaurant (it's the first thing you see when you enter the mall, some of the art is still up on the windows. Next to that was the pet store, I got my first guinea pig there. Across the Chinese restaurant is of course, Radio Shack. I think there was a hair salon next to Radio shack at some point. My friends and I would go to the movie theater, it would have better prices than the Midway Theater on Rt 1 (which is now the only movie theater in Rehoboth). It's surreal seeing this mall now. I haven't been in this part of Rehoboth for a few years save for Tuesday Morning, looks like you can't even enter it now. What a shame :(
I think they should turn it into a place for skateboarding. Perhaps it just needs something for people to do like the movie theater brought. Maybe have them pay for admission. Great video! I really love the interviews and Dan's personal insight. My heart goes out to that couple.
luv your dead mall videos, brings back good memories 80s 90s, I been to Century III, Holyoke Mall, Gallery in Philadelphia in 1989; Rehoboth Mall looks similar to smaller ones I been to in my travels
Remember seeing this episode when it first came out , Dead Mall series got me threw some hard time a few years back and good to see them remastered again as times are not so great again ....
Dan and I also "use the back door to get into peoplez" if ya smell what im steppin in... Shame we didnt have pictures of this mall before its collapse. As Philly natives, we all went here to the movies in the 80s on rainy days in the summer when on vaca with our parents
Even malls that are thriving are such a drag to go to. I bought some clothes that needed to be returned going to the store in the mall was free, getting FedEx to pickup my return items 4.99 😭😂
It’s sad to see alot of things change where the mall was new things there since 2017 Mall and Tuesday morning is now harbor freight Half of the mall is a mailing place Peebles is now Grocery outlet Pizza Hut is now Chase bank Capital One Bank is now Nick’s mini golf

i always wonder about her when i watch this video
Your a stalker. Thats not normal behavior. Im adding you to the blacklist
I'm old enough that I recognized the Manson girls- Nice Add! Your stuff definitely keeps me alert and entertained!

Awesome video! Love the remastered series!
Glad you enjoy it!

Watched, loved, cried. Thanks for all you do Dan.
Dan, you've always been the best at these dead mall videos by far. Hope you're doing well and hope to see more from you very soon!

Happy to see one of my favorite videos on this site got a remaster. Thanks!

Hot dog! Hot dog! This is another one of fave Dan Bell vids! Always came back to watch the original… now even better

I love the remastered videos! So great to watch, thanks Dan for sharing!❤🎉

I think expecting teens to pay for a thing they're doing for free, but in a more highly supervised setting would be a hard sell. Hahaha
Oh Dan,You're back!
Your so lively in this one. Made me excited watching it
The beginning cracked me up lol. I don’t remember commercials being that cheesy. Maybe that’s why I ignored all of them
Wonderful remastered video!

Love it Dan! What a great couple!

All these years later, I still think Tri State’s more depressing. You can’t watch the interview with George & Soula and not smile.
Dan and I also "use the back door to get into peoplez" if ya smell what im steppin in... Shame we didnt have pictures of this mall before its collapse. As Philly natives, we all went here to the movies in the 80s on rainy days in the summer when on vaca with our parents
Lovely Couple long May they thrive xxx
sad to think that at one point somebody's grandma was walking along the corridors happy as a clam shopping at her heart's content
This is crazy. I remember seeing Gremlins here lol
Ever since I saw the original video, this mall has lived in my dreams, especially courtyard area
Nice instrumental of Up where we belong
❤ those cheesy 80s commercials 😂
Even malls that are thriving are such a drag to go to. I bought some clothes that needed to be returned going to the store in the mall was free, getting FedEx to pickup my return items 4.99 😭😂
Just realized that's where I watched Pee Wee's Big Adventure on a rainy day in 1985
It’s sad to see alot of things change where the mall was new things there since 2017
Mall and Tuesday morning is now harbor freight
Half of the mall is a mailing place
Peebles is now Grocery outlet
Pizza Hut is now Chase bank
Capital One Bank is now Nick’s mini golf
I love the music!
I seen The Call with Halle Barry and Abigal Breslin at the Dover Mall
Your voice sounds younger in this video.
I hear Starship - Sara ... ah memories
Thanks Dan every try to talk to the owners about these malls?
Burlington Center Mall top 3 most depressing mall along with Rehoboth and tri state
I will say one thing... as empty as it is it is still very clean and well maintained at least... no dead plants, leaky ceilings and stained carpets..
These are SO GOOD!
Very depressing. I’d like to know how they’re surviving and how much they pay for rent.
BTW, what’s the difference between your two channels?
Hi Dan, is this the all new dead mall series episode? Or a remastered one?
Remastered
@@Jim_C_650 thank you
Any update on the status of the mall? I’m not seeing any vids for a few years.
The inside of the mall has become a USPS annex.
Where’s the new video you said would be released several nights ago?
Say what you want about the mall, Soula looked busy.
It's a very sad-looking mall, jesus it's dull
nice video dan :)
Radio Shack???? I thought they went out of business.
They did, Dan shot this in 2016 he’s just been remastering the older ones the last few years
Ok gotcha! Wow, I bet the mall is a parking lot.
I get when time goes by and ee age and everything around us to change 😪
i wanna live in one of those vacant food court shops lol
The food court doesn't exist anymore. A few years ago the USPS leased out the inside of the mall to make an annex.
turn it into a costco/walmart/target hybrid
Life saving belt..
The website for the mall gives me a 404 error. I assume it's now gone.
It's still there, but the inside of the mall is now a USPS annex.
Rakhi...citycentre....hygiene reasons...
Sheena...
Use to take my sons here 😢
Long live dead malls!
This video felt like it was just getting started and it ended. Nice try though.
radio shack still exists? wut
Most depressing mall? Maybe most depressing place! Oh wait..there's Auschwitz.
One of my favorite Dead Mall Series. I haven't stopped singing that Radio Shack jingle since the first upload.
😭😭😢😿
