Well, that was fun! I would need a whole extra suitcase for everything I would want! I think that picture of Charles in the red tunic/red chair is quite old. It is the most majestic one of him so far, so people who print the things have latched onto it. I think he much prefers to be in a regular blue suit amongst his flowers and dogs at this point, and so those are the things that I am drawn to. I still love the memorabilia of the Queen, and I may need a Harry bobblehead! LOL!

Have been collecting Royalty Commemoratives for 43 years, this video was like honey to a bee for me. Oh to be there and load up on Commemoratives! Am currently enduring the long ship times of ordering online, not to mention excessive shipping costs. God Save the King!

@Bluebell Flora Hard to say, while the internet has made finding harder to find and rare pieces easier to locate, they are still being priced based on the seller's whim, location, experience and greed. In that regard I've seen items I own now selling for more than I paid and on the other hand, the more recent selling for less. All comes down to what a true collector is willing to pay to fill a collection to get a specific piece. Investment potential is not a reason to buy, no one gets rich collecting these.

I visited over the holidays and the only "trashy souvenir" item I picked up was one of those solar powered "Dancing Queen" tchotchkes in Leicester Square, but I kinda wish I had gotten a coronation flag..

I’ve posted you our official government page where you will find the official Coronation recipes although I’m sure lots of us will enjoy the old classics. Coronation chicken is my personal fave xx
As the link has vanished twice the official recipes from Buckingham Palace include a rack of lamb, Coronation aubergine, spinach & broad bean quiche & strawberry & ginger trifle. I’m sure most of us will enjoy the usual sandwiches with scones, cream & jam. Fortnum & Mason include pork pie & scotch eggs in their hampers. I hope this gives you some ideas xx
