Thank you so much for these simple, smooth explanations of RV basics. It's very helpful to newbs and those looking into buying an RV to live in full time.
i was told to clean the inside of the tank and the sensors.... to put a couple of bags of ice and a couple gallons of water in the tank.... then drive off and the motion of the vehicle will slosh the ice and water around and scrub the interior of the tank... then just drain the tank at another dump station to get rid of the water and mess. the ice will melt fairly quickly so all you should drain out is water at this point. i dont know if this is an acceptable practice or not... but that was what i was told . what do you think
Very clear. Thank you. I have a question. I have two black water sensors, one reads full the other empty. When is it time to empty the black water tank? When both say full?
I have a question for you,,, BTW Thank You very much for the very nice video above, I learned a lot, but,.... What does a person do if he (or she, I try not to be chauvinistic, I suspect there must be a few young ladies that want this job)... f**ks up and closes the flush valve, then opens the black water flush feature? I am imagining that the tank is air tight, so when water rushes in, it causes a rapid pressure increase, perhaps blowing out a fail safe valve so a gasket on the toilet, a pipe, or the tank, does not rupture. My question: Do you happen to know if a Coachman Adrenaline has one, and where it might be? Asking for a friend.
I need to drain my gray water tank, I have a 2002 Alpenlite Villa RL36, but I do not know which valve is for the Gray water, and which is for the Black, there is no label on the valves to distinguish them. Ive done a Google search, but couldn't find anything, I do not have an owners manual, the water is backing up into my sink, and need to get this done ASAP. If you can please help me here, I would be very much appreciative. Thank you!
I used sensors along time ago, I dont need sensors at all, but have some problems with Grey Sludge(Galley) and maybe the valve isnt closing all the way, any suggestions, thought about filling Galley and letting all.water go from there?
question, I have an old 84 winnebago and i need to replace the broken black tank, I have the toilet removed, but the shower and vent of course is located in the shower wall, Are these two items glued to the tank or when i remove the bracket will it just come down?? thx
Your series on RV advice are invaluable. We are getting an RV for the first time and these have been extremely helpful! Thank you.
We haven't gotten our first Class C Motorhome yet, but I'm trying to learn as much as possible before we do. Thank you so much for this video
I just moved into a camper. Very appreciative of the layman's terms in your informative videos. Great voice by the way.
Look at this REAL man here giving us the knowledge. Thank you Tim.

Can anyone give me an idea how big the black tank is in an Aljo 2950? It's 29 feet long and I'm living in it...
Wow
Very Funny 😂
