I’m 59 and I really miss the younger health I had in my early 20’s. I would spend hours on my feet baking and cooking. Even when I was heavily pregnant with my sons, I was like Kim and in the kitchen cooking. I wish I could turn back the time clock on my health and I even wish I was pregnant again. I loved being pregnant and I still love cooking. I still cook, but oh boy my body gets tired a lot quicker and I do suffer after. But I still feel accomplished even when I’m flat on my back after I’ve finished my baking session. You go girl. I’m sure the charity would have been eternally grateful for the pies you donated. Bless you Kim. ❤️

I am both embarrassed and excited to say that I have never made a descent pie crust in my forty two years of cooking until I watched your video and decided to make one more attempt at it. To my surprise, it turned out fantastic and I have made a pie every week since. I have tried at least 50 recipes in the past and not one of them was any good. It is so refreshing to see a young lady that still holds family values and God in such high esteem. Love your videos and look forward to you every week.

After I put my pie crust in the pan I use a fork & go around the top. Pressing the fork at the top. That’s what my mom use to do & I picked up from her. I use cornstarch & water to thicken my pie filling. But your way looks better. It’s clear so if it happened to clump you wouldn’t see it like you would the cornstarch. So I think I will start doing it the way you are doing. But we all do things like we was taught. How’s Theo & I forgot what your other cats name is? We have two cats also. Hope you & the baby are doing well. Love y’all
