Hey I am thinking about taking history english combined and law for A levels . Is this strong overall and because it is three essay writing subjects would it be too much for me to do?
It’s a brilliant combo actually. I’m planning to get into either journalism or law and I’m planning to do media, English Lit/lang, and Law. Politics would be a great combination as well
@@shaylaladipo5311 I want to do psychology and sociology but can’t decide between geography, law or religious studies. What would you recommend as i enjoy RS at gcse but people say it’s like 3 a levels in one and don’t want it to be too much.
@@katiemx2502 heyy, honestly religion is easily my fave subject. it is pretty content heavy but it’s so interesting , it isn’t just learning about christianity but you learn a lot about ethics and morality and applying religion to certain situations. i would definitely recommend it but as i said it is quite content heavy but if you enjoy the subject like i do it doesn’t feel that way at all.
@@shaylaladipo5311 hey, yeah i enjoy it at gcse where i study islam and christianity and I’m quite good at it too. I also do geography at gcse but tbh i only like some of the topics in geography but picked it at a level as people say it’s more beneficial but i would rather do religionðics tbh. That’s good if you find it interesting i think i would enjoy it at A level but the only the only thing that’s putting me off is the long essays as well as psychology and sociology that i’ve picked😭 how do you find it alongside sociology?
Extremely useful and lucid introduction to law.
thank you so much you were so helpful

What's the requirements like what grades do you need in GCSE in order to do A level law
Yes you need a 5 in English and maths for law, so ye good grades
history is a really good subject to take for gcse which relates to law
It depends on the college and the entry requirements so have a look at that
8 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including maths and English language.
L’z my college asks for 2 6s and 3 5s so depends on the college, there’s no other answer for that question xd
