    Your diagram is missing the CCRC - the Criminal Cases Review Commission. Also the 99% figure, how do you calculate that?

    What is going on when one goes to magistrates but no offence is ever identified to the defendant …. Never asked guilty or not …. Is this normal?

      Magistrates have many functions. It depends why you were there in the first place.
