    Buyer pe ye responsibility hi kyu aati hai?.....agar possession nahi milta hai to rera complaint raise karte hi builder k sare account and new project approvals freeze ho jane chahiye. builder ko jab tension milega tabhi kuch hoga....buyer kyu ghumega court to court.

    This is very common actually people when they make mistakes or getting cheated they don't want to come forward and take some action, instead they just keep quiet and live with that burden for the rest of their life.

      This is because of we PPL r innocent, let's all be no more innocent, stop building flats and we come to cities like Noida Pune etc to make builder rich not to do job because most part of our job we give to them

    As a common investor who can buy 1 or 2 small flats it makes zero sense to fight with a builder. Nyay shaayad milega but after lakhs or rupees and years of fighting. Buy only OC ready place. Leave UC projects to HNIs.

    I buyed flat 1 BHK from dagade Patil constructions project white prestige bavdhan builder is saying give money than take possession all other have gone there by paying money cheque taking possession without taking documents like OC , possession letter the date was on agreement was JUN 23 now there is Feb I am daily calling builder he saying same give money take possession and builder will not give any documents and saying give remaining balance amount and then He will give keys of flat there have been 7 month passed and on rera website completion date is DECEMBER 23 But on agreement date is June 23 sir can now I file campliant on rera website sir please reply I have paid him till date more than 80% amount of total consideration

    Or builder can only sell flats post oc received... No one allowed to sell project at beginning. Only such practice must exist.

      No, you cannot take possession. If you wish to take possession, you can request the Appellate Tribunal during the hearing.
