Cath and I really enjoyed Siem Reap and Phnom Penh . In Phnom Penh we stayed at the FCC (Foreign Correspondents Club) and it was fantastic. We hired a driver to tour the Killing Fields and S21. Sobering and haunting. We are Brits. Tacos and Donuts were the last thing on our minds in Cambodia. When in Rome eat fish and chips? No. Anyhoo, another interesting report. Good job.
i just read your blog on your finances and appreciate the level of transparency you share with your viewers. i hope you can keep traveling and adventuring for as long as you can!
Re: your stop in Ireland - When I heard you talking about trying cruibins I had to laugh; all that I could see in my mind was the two of you holding your pigs' trotters and munching them like corn on the cob.
been to a few of the places you went in this vlog, i love cambodia! if you get a chance go to balung in ratanarkiri, it has beautiful scenery and an amazing lake called yeak loam!
Try going to a BBQ buffet restaurant called 'Tonle Bassac' any moto or tuk-tuk driver will take you there. That is a good Phnom Penh eating experience!
Yanno what guys, i didn't even notice the postcards were sent from Cambodia until i just looked at mine again. My #1 country to visit in Asia. Always has been (baring Japan)
Bats are heading to dinner. You fish a dusk or early morning for the same reason. Bugs come out to eat and drink too at dusk or early morning (and all day of course).
Lol. Cambodia is just like my country, Kenya. No one ever adheres to stop signs or lights here. But you should definitely come here for a Safari and a hot air balloon ride in the wild. ☺☺☺
Would you mind sharing the name of the rooftop bar? My boyfriend and I are about to start our own backpacking adventure throughout Asia and would love to visit it! Thanks :)
where do you get all the informations you need before visiting a country? like you always have so much knowledge about the countries you're visiting, that can't be only wikipedia :D btw awesome video as always, I really enjoy watching your videos!
We try to do online research ahead of time and then we often chat with our hosts to get a better sense of the culture and history :) Glad you're enjoying them! ❤️
This video is the second video i've watched of yours. Here is a fact: About 99% of small or private owned donut stores in California are owned by Cambodians.
Ya, we keep getting temporality demonetized thanks to the new UA-cam algorithm (same with a lot of our UA-cam buddies). Luckily they've been pretty quick to approve it once we submit it for review, but it's definitely not good :(
they always try the cuisine of the countries. check out their other vlogs. they eat bugs, spiders, sheep heads, everythin the country they're in has to offer
Very cheap. But you eat also a lot of noodles...now you are both very young and you don't care what you eat.plus many asiatic foods have sugars.I ask them to not add sugar.i loved cambodgian food but expectacy of life there is 60 for men and 65 for women.think how poluated are the waters the fish come from.ofc you can travel very cheap in Cambodgia but you will pay the price for skin quality if you eat a lot of noodles and sugar.
Phnom Penh's skyline has grown so much since I was last there - thanks for the virtual re-visit!
I went and started from the beginning of the first episode and I believe I'm halfway through 600 episodes. Enjoy them all
