you should make an enchantment for armor called the "Emission" enchantment that makes your armor emit light so you don't need torches, the higher the enchantment level, the higher the light level.
The internet being the way it is, I'm afraid too many folks would take "Emission" the wrong way.

Just put a cap on the maximum discounts you can get. Like max discount 30% off, round to closest integral. For a enchanted book worth 16 emeralds the cheapest price will be 11.

This little guy is one of the best little mods I've ever experienced. It's such a nice touch that adds a lot of ambience to the world. And you get so excited when he appears because the trades are usually so good. I wish more modpacks included him! I usually add this mod in myself. Great work!

Maybe you should have been able to give a goblin an apple to keep it away from you in case you don't have any items used to trade woyh the goblin so it doesn't just run around with you smacking you everywhere you go.

Nice work fixing up the stair mods. A lot of mods have that weird transparent design where it’s like 2 seperate blocks glued together. The painting machine in enderio is the first mod that comes to mind.
You are not bad at texturing, the best part of your mods is how its models fit so much in vanilla, even being so far from it

That goblin is really well made. We were discussing mobs in caves and thought that goblins, the savage type, would target your torches, both placed and in your inventory. People want to fear cave diving again? What better way than to be 10 blocks from bedrock, torchless and without a light path back.
That goblin trader is such a great idea. I feel like that is exactly what needs to be added in a future update. It fits Minecraft perfectly and really gives a good reason to be underground besides mining

The guardian (ogre) could have been as strong as an iron golem and it could have been passive unless you hurt it or the goblin. And maybe they’d constantly have conflict with iron golems. I mean, I guess this is more of an update concept but it’d be cool. Sometimes you see them wandering around in the surface, and if their goblin had been killed, they would wander around with pillagers

You should make a splash potion that turns mobs friendly. They could then attack other hostile mobs and maybe follow you around as a sort of body guard
enchantment: soul-reaping, steal the health of other mobs

But it seems like it needs to be killed
Vampirism steals a little bit of health when you attack something and soul reaper absorbs the soul of the killed mob into the weapon souls stack up to five times and different souls do different things but all souls restore health.
Life steal is what that is normally called in games and some MC mods
It has been called reaper in some mods.
At long last! This is the only mod channel I feel sticks with vanilla's essence. (Even Mojang's recent netherite mechanic doesn't feel as vanilla as these mods.)

There should be a red Goblin that spawns in the nether it's kind of like the wandering Trader for the piglins
Eric S they could also add a purple/black one in for the end which would be part of an end village completed with farms and special end livestock.
Quick suggestion, for the Dog Bowl, you should also have it to where dogs with the same color tag as the bowl prioritize said bowl over others.
The goblin is such a great idea, it could be a way to get level VI enchants, or level IV looting, etc

One thing I would love to see added to the dog bowl, is a way to 'attach' a dog to it so when you set the dog will stay within say 50 blocks of the bowl. That way you can have your dogs running around free in your base without having them following you everywhere you go.
I love that there's finally a mob that isn't just angry at you or peaceful.

Dude that Goblin should be a thing in minecraft for real. That idea is super cool. Even if the trades are okayish it's still cool to encounter something else as hostile mobs in caves. Maybe some Goblin village that only spawn in caves.
