Man, Stephanie did such great work with voicing Kid Goku. The contrast of years in maturity between OG Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT Goku can be heard in these types of scenes. When Goku has to be serious and rational in GT, it shows an old soul in a kid's body compared to an OGDB Goku who would act on his emotions like any inexperienced kid would.

Dr. Myu tried to use him as a weapon of conquest, but lost control over him. Due to memories of his race, Baby just lusts for two things - dominating Saiyans and rebuilding Tuffles. Second thing was kinda fake since he wanted to use possessed people. Baby was way more interesting than Cell and Buu, and for sure it was the best idea born in GT. They could easily try to write it even better and make the whole GT about Baby. He had really great concept. IMHO pacing was a little too fast.

This concept of a Dragon Ball villain controling almost all of Goku's friends along with most of the people on Earth is such a COOL idea, It was different from any other Saga we had Before, It gives Baby a different kind of treat since he is been protected by the People Goku loves and he cant just kill Baby since the villain is using Vegeta's body. There is also this apocaliptic vibes, almost like a zombie apocalipse and literally anyone can be infected, including the most powerfull warriores
