  • The time has come to finally get the rear fender on the Vicla. Stretched just right to give it that low sleek look from the rear I was going for. Matching Harley black with pinstriping, to accommodate the tank and front fender. Makes it look like it came out of the factory like that. Getting close to the end of the build… Let me know what you think in the comments.

    Very nice! Beautiful ride! I have an ‘08 with that color scheme. I wanna stretch my fender exactly like that but switch to a deluxe to run the Tombstone.

      Thanks ! Deluxe fender was a thought, but I really liked the light at the bottom of the heritage fender.

    Bike is really coming along solid! I got my chikla pipes on mine now and woooowwweeee those are bad ass! You're gonna loose a ton of torque but I made some lolipops for mine and it really helped a lot. Wish I could share picts on here!

      Thanks, appreciate it. Bet your bike sounds real good!
      I used torque cones in the head pipes to make up for any loss on mine. Once I test ride it I’ll see if anything changed.

    Looks great man..is that a harbor freight lift?? If so how you like it ? Is that air cleaner cover stock? If you changed it out for aftermarket it get a ton more air and run a bit better. But man looking very good..also if you get a stand for your camera will free up your hands.

    • @SS_Motoring
      @SS_Motoring  5 місяців тому +1

      It’s a HF lift, it’s been good to me. Have only used it for the sportster and this softail. Air cleaner cover is stock, behind it isn’t. I do have a stand, was in the zone that day and didn’t set it up lol Appreciate you !!

    What kind of adhesive did you use for the wire harness under the fender?

    • @SS_Motoring
      @SS_Motoring  4 місяці тому

      I used 3M zip tie adhesive squares. They’re small squares specifically designed to run zip ties through. You can see them in the air ride episode. I used them there to zip tie the wires behind the mud guard.
